I didnt know that one of the side affects of biotin is acne, however did you know that zinc vitamins is good for acne, I suffer with acne all over my face, arms neck and back. When i started taken the zinc I no longer have those problems. I take it every other day.

I had my locs for more than 10 years now..but I do trim my ends when I need too...I feel like it should be longer by now..I'm trying to get it to my butt and it's taking forever! lol I don't go to the stylist as often as I use to..I'll go every 2 or 3 months but I'll wash my own hair during that time. I'm also trying..trying not to over twist my locs. I may do the side (I have one side shaved) and just do a braid style and leave it wavy. also when you do retwist your locs what products do you use? I try not to use much gels or cream because my locs can develop build up fast. so I just stick with oils. thanks for the tips!
All u need is wild hair growth oil it takes 6 months but it actually is worth the wait the green and white bottle use everyday massage it in 4 times a day I know I had no edges now I do
