Good Morning Caroline! It's truly amazing how "letting go" of control opens the door to elevated joyful experiences. I'm learning more about meditation and epigenetics(Dr Joe Dispenza), awesome by the way, and the stages. Induction is one of the stages I struggle with and I jump on to meditate this morning and this practice pops up! (Def great for induction) Love that I'm starting to deepen these experiences and grateful that you sharing your gift. Have a wonderful joyful day my friend, I will!!!

Hi Mary, I don't use binaural beats because some people are quite sensitive to them and they can cause headaches (myself included!). There is some suggestion in some of the videos, but they're not primarily hypnosis. The difference being the meditations are encouraging and allowing the body to relax and sleep instead of hypnotising the body to relax and sleep. Which is a small, but big difference :)

@@maryross2859 so an example of the type of suggestion I use is 'notice a sense of relaxation in your body' which is encouraging you to notice a sensation that is already there. Meditation uncovers what is already there whereas hypnosis plants instructional suggestions like 'now you are feeling very sleepy'. An example of this is for instance a hypnosis to stop someone smoking would plant the suggestion that you don't want to smoke, whereas a meditation would help you uncover and release the reasons you smoke. Sleep hypnosis hypnotises you to feel sleepy whereas sleep meditations release the tension and thought based blocks to sleeping. They are both brilliant tools, but work slightly differently.

Hi Nancy, currently none of the videos on the channel have ads in the middle or the end, so it’s likely that the ad you got was at the beginning of the next video. To avoid that happening make sure autoplay is set to ‘off’ If you’re watching a video from a playlist click ‘share’, paste the link in your browser and watch from that link.
