I love the questions you ask yourself. I feel like it reenters you to the week, and keeps you grounded, so that you can focus on the bigger picture, without getting lost in the day-to-day activities. I have a tendency to do that.

@alexis Help! How do you make the little colorful boxes on the ipad?
I use the app Notability. Basically you draw a rectangle and then hold to make the shape perfectly straight. Then you tap the shape and click "style" and then click "fill" and select which color you'd like to fill it with.
