rabadon gives extra ap based on ur total ap
u shoul buy something like ludens or the new ap item (shadowflame?)
or tear item I rather the new item personally rabadon can be 2. but I prefere it 3 rd since it gives a huge powerspike at that point also rabadons is tooexpensive for early game

As a first item, rabaddons by FAR gives the most dps. It's not even close. And it scales with every other item after it.
The only downside to rabaddons is that the components are very hard to get. So you go for it when you back with 1250+ gold. Otherwise, yes, cheaper component items for laning.
You do realise rabaddons has itself+140ap, then 35% of that 140 is added ontop, THEN any other ap you have including base ap, gets added ontop.
@@GrappLr speaking of which, the best Heimerdinger player doesnt buy boots. He says ita unnecessary, opponent has to get closet and you are not supposed to chase, so you can buy more powerful itens.
It works in trash elo because they don’t know how to play against turrets and usually give him first blood by inting into them. If he gets into higher elos, he’ll learn the weakness of going such an expensive item first
