Hayden has been playing a long time, at least at the age of 14 when he started, if not younger… he has had to EARN his “spot” in the pro division. Jack came in at the pro level. Not to mention, he should be use to the crowd getting involved in matches. As the more “mature” player, don’t think he should be hearing the noise and letting it get to him. ❤ the drama though 😂 fun to watch!
I don't think players chirping from the stands is a good thing and if players are showing up to do this when they're not even in the tournament that's unfortunate. Hayden & Gabe are youngsters who are extremely talented but seem really cocky and are obviously immature. I haven't seen Jack chirp from the stands and I do think Jack is doing it in fun - it doesn't come across as mean spirited.
I laugh at myself after a bad shot, and it’s more a personal reflection about how inconsistent I can be. The laugh helps me not brood over a shot and clear it from my mind. Kinda like a cest la vie to move forward. Don’t think it has anything to do with being nervous or not caring.
Jimmy- agree about Rachel. I watch every PPA and MLP tourney and when I'm watching championship court, I can ALWAYS hear Rachel when she's on another court!. If it's so loud that tv viewers can hear her when she's not even on the tv... that not ok!
I'm kinda in Jack's corner. Some young men seem to have different values these days, lacking respect for their elders. As a fan, I've crossed paths with Gabe and Hayden at tournaments. Gabe was always respectful. Hayden surprised me. If he was trying to discourage me from interacting with him, it worked.
The UPA purposely encourages the poor player behavior in an attempt to create more drama. If they wanted to curb poor sportsmanship, paddle abuse, blatent illegal serves, swearing etc there wouldn't be a Technical Warning. The first offense would be a point deduction, second would be a game forfeit, third is a match forfeit with additional fines and possible suspension depending on the severity of the infractions.
I think part of the reason DC got rid of Alyce is because of her annoying screaming not to mention jumping on/chest bumping her teammates and now Rachel has filled that spot. Super annoying to not only the crowd but to her team as well!
I can't watch the NJ 5's game because of their chant crud. Rather listen to Rachel's scream. Also, she can't change her voice. Should she take some vocal lessons from Julian Arnold?
it doesnt matter the sport - if they are good enough to back up their game, they will talk all day. humbling them would be to take them to a different sport like tennis and having them play Jack Sock.

Agree on the annoying scream. It’s like a little girl throwing a tantrum type of scream.
Jimmy they out there supporting. We need to grow this sport. Let the pros be there

Do you guys think Jaume would play and train harder if he wasn't so happy even when he loses?

Agreed - The Screaming and the "five" chant need to stop
Where can I purchase that?
Please bring some paddles and swag to randomly give to fans that impress you in Dallas.
Jimmy, why the DTL Down the Line Sports shirt? Jenny must be dropping some cash to get players and enfluencers to endorse DTL.

Jimmy, I like your hat
Why I feel the podcast is getting worse and worse
Yes her screams were annoying 😅
Not a fan of MLP or Jack Sock. Even at my advanced age,If I acted like these “professional”, my mother would have words with me.
Hi guys
Hi
Hi
Hate split screen and commentators yammering on. The commentator that over uses the same cliches and thinks he’s clever is the worst!

Really they need to play a sport where you can get your ass kicked, would solve the mouth problems

100% agree with Tyler! There are different types of trash talk. I would love to see everyone keep it classy.
