Update 12/16: We contacted the designer about fixing the rulebook, offering to translate it. They wrote back that they know there is a problem but will not be fixing it to "simplify production costs and procedures"

That’s not an excuse they can reuse the same QR code on the box and just swap out the rules link it’s attached to.

i actually don't mind the box size because i like to sleeve my games, so there's plenty room for that and in the future an expansion or two

Sleeving is a good shout! I wonder if there will be an expansion 🤔

😮 thank you for a great review. It's shocking that Google translate can be used to print rule books >.< That's definitely an issue even when we import games with no English translated instructions as usually a lot gets lost into translation.
That said the art work is soothing we really like it and this is a very unique game!

Great video; funny I had not considered this about this game. I knew it was self--published, so even though I found the box size really odd, I just sort of ignored that. I'm usually quite particular about aesthetics and good rules, but I think I'm more forgiving with hard to find foreign games. I found the actual game play to be so interesting - simple and quirky. I really enjoyed the game and hope that a publisher picks it up and gives it a really nice first impression.

I remember you commented on the Holiday Gift Guide about your liking of the game! I was wondering if you'd like/agree with this video 😂
I think you hit on an important point and it's something we are trying to balance ourselves throughout our videos. How critical should we be with self-published titles?
Our conclusion is that we should be just as critical. They deserve it because they put hard work into the title and it's going to be even more expensive for people abroad to get the games.
Our goal, although ambitious, is we want people to look at the games on our channel and instead of saying "Wow we want Asian games because they seem cute and weird" they say "Wow we want Asian games because they are "
      Sorry for the long reply!
