Long time no wrestling, here's another circuit format for you. Simple exercises and accessible items (doesn't mean it will be easy though). This workout targets the entire body. The fatigue and time-span is similar to a wrestling match. Give it a go. - Спорт
Great workout video 👍🏻. I like that you kept it relatively simple & yet demanding too. The floor pulls look appealing, reminds me of commando type crawls that I've done with my son at home, but I would imagine the floor pulls are much more demanding

i have to do all those exercises 2 times, rest 60s, do all the exercises 2 times, rest... until reach 10 times the "all exercises 2 times"?
sorry I don't speak english very well and i confused
other cuestion: you use the same weight in the first exercise that you use in the cheat curl?
5 exercises x 2 ( 1 exercise is 20-40 seconds long) rest between each exercise (10-15 seconds) = 1 cycle, rest between cycle is 60 seconds.
Do 3-5 cycles. Clear enough?
