Sorry climbing out of the cockpit to the back is a chore. So stow and go not so great. Quarter mil unit at the Tampa show door handle fell off in my hand while exiting. Sawdust fell out of the screw holes. Far from perfect for 200k plus unit.

The buyer is paying for a new unit and so those blemishes shouldn't be there. If the buyer brought the RV to the dealership to sell/trade-in just as it is, then the dealership would ding them for the blemishes. So, the dealership should either discount for the blemishes or fix them before the unit is sold.

Hey, I seen Big Truck big Travel I think channel had one and they had the same issues with slide outs. in Alaska. It did good on those rough roads. personally not a Thor fan. Flat tow cars 2024 had getting harder to find Yes Jeeps but old men its hard getting in and out.
I'm surprised that they used the Schwentec system on a big slideout. They seem better suited for a small wardrobe slide.

So this is my take on RV’s as a civilian (non industry professional) name brand means nothing for build quality, look at Grand Designs or this unit Thor. Caulking issues, this is BASIC these are the things everyone can do, just because your dropping over 400k doesn’t mean the assembly people care, cause if they missed the paint, the upper window and the slide issue they don’t care.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR- - - Get an inspection.. they will tell you because THEY work for YOU

It will be the best investment you ever make take it from someone who learned his lesson on his first RV purchase! These folks are outstanding at doing their job and when I find my new RV they will inspect it. I would say when you as a customer are looking at a RV most of us get snow blind and fall in love with a unit and it’s over at that point the salesman has you for sure. You two are the best!

Things on my 21 Thor Magnitude an inspection might have missed:
1. Cannot use a high fill rate fuel pump found at truck stops due to hose kinking.
2. The front cab tends to separate from the box over time.
3. Using the Schwintek slide out is always accompanied by prayers and incantations.
4. The fresh water drain is located under the bed and requires the hiring of a pygmy to access.
5. The flooring develops yellow stains over time without the need for incontinence.
And what is more, it was built by Thor.

Another new piece of crap right out of the factory. So its pretty, and seems halfway decent. Its good for a Thor. But still, that much money for that, isnt worth it. Little things sometimes create a big problem. Glad you guys are there, though. Pointing out all those little things that could build up. Electrical stuff can be fixed easily, too. But you'd think since it just got to the dealership, it wouldnt have any of those issues. Nice to see you guys happy about a class c. 🎉
