I've been there many times. You get excited about a project get most of the way through, them you have to undo part of it to finish it. But at least you had enough help flip it over.
Good layering of protection materials from TotalBoat. I must stress weighing the epoxy components is essential to the most successful bonding especially the primer.
That is looking great. I'm sure all the extra work you put in for the fiberglass is well worth it in the end. It is going to produce a great end result. Great job!
Very cool to see how well the design holds up structurally. And I was wondering about the undercoating, great to see that it is coming together, and it is going to be flipping sweet. - cheers
I am really getting excited to see this finished. It is a great design and the people that are getting this is very lucky. I wish them the best with it. The the next one you build is going to be your best giveaway ever right? LOL wishful thinking. Great job guys this is your best series ever.
Are you using a protection pad and dust extraction with the 3m extract? If not it will not work and it will also ruin the hook and loop on your sander. Extract is the the best sandpaper on the market you just have to use it correctly.
Truly enjoy your videos :) Great progress on the Camper. Have to admit, I was a little worried when you started putting the camper on that flimsy dolly you made :P On a side note, would like to give props to whoever chooses the music for your videos. It always seems to be pretty light and upbeat. Really makes the videos that much better in my opinion. Great Job!

The project is coming along nicely. Interesting to see the epoxy primer, I bet that stuff is the bomb for sealing the plywood. Great job guys
I've used a 5 gallon tub before filled 1/4 way with a mixing rod attached to an impact driver to mix this in bulk

Looking Great!! So much hard work!
Thanks Cliff!

FLIPPIN SWEET😁
Did it crack at all when you roated it and the wood flexed
Looking awesome guys!!!!
Very well done! I want to see the end product. Looks great so far.
Heck yes✌
Did you guys figure that this project would be so much work and so time-consuming? Fantastic job as always.
i agree with you 100% about extract sanding discs. I'm quite often breaking edges with my sander. This paper sucks for that. LOL
So bad🤣

Yeah me too. This is a great series. I can't wait!
Thank you! We are already design v2.0 for ourselves😁 We've learned so much from this project!

Just watched the part where you mention sanding corners and yes I have experienced that. Mesh sandpapers don’t do well on sharp corners
awesome job, well done
Thank you!
Great job guys, looking forward to see the final project.

Thank you Wade! Molly selects all of the music!
love you guys, thanks for the video.
Thank you thank you!
Q for Dylan, are you still cycling like you were in the past? Just curious if you used strava or not.
Weigh the components of the filler to get the right mix. It will bond more reliably.
Did you make the I Fix It wall display? Very cool!!
Yes we did😁
looks great but i would have fibre glassed the whole shell and not just the joints.
He used a epoxy 2 stage boat paint.
With wood checking from weather change I put on poor man's fiberglass with waterproof wood glue then primer then rapter liner on top.
damn. you could probably have used like 4mm ply for everything, there's enough epoxy to keep the damn thing together by itself :P
Are the IFIXIT tools lifetime Guaranteed?
Yes they are!
