Met T a couple times and had the honor to share a few drinks with him... Got accused of trying to steal his guitar one time... LOL... Just a mis-understanding... RIP, T...
I used to play guitar pretty good until about 15 years ago. I bought a Gibson ES 335, and got scared of it, because I felt I had to justify owning it. It's sat in its case for 15 years, barely played. I was 57 yesterday. Maybe this will inspire me to pick up my guitar again.
What do you mean by you felt you had to justify owning the guitar? I'm sorry, I'm just curious. Also I hope that you did find the inspiration and motivation to pick it back up. 🎶😊🎶
That's the way the blues is meant to be played Raw with no Studio fill-ins now I see why T-Model Ford have that pocket knife he looking like he was going to be next
ah yes, t model is one of the few remaining hill stomp werewolves. let the full moon rise and set upon a broken hip. heartwarming... that's no kerosene lamp illuminating the woods.
Thank you !!! What a beautiful man : ) I've watched - (can) You see me laughin' - documentary (on RUclips) and was hoping that he's still with us. Wonderful to see him here : ) How do I find the rest of this interview ? I clicked on the link but can't even find this part on the website...
Long live t modile
you're never too late to learn the guitar , age is just a number , don't let anyone tell you otherwise
He let me play that guitar once at a party at lake Washington. Miss him dearly
I got a little drunk at Old Memphis blues festival and ended up on stage with him and Willie King. I lost my flip flops. Good times!
