I cant believe that after so many years FNB cannot fix the issue of finding the files you downloaded on your fone, otherwise why would you be downloading the files, to droll over them🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂
Fix the length of the statements you would want to download. I want 3 month statements but Im not able to get it as one document because your system is so outdated compared to all other banks
Fnb must update their app if they want us to do everything using the app I cannot download an ofx file via the app. I actually have to go to desktop pc to do it. It's annoying
Yes but where TF do the statements save to on android. There is no option to say where you want them downloaded to and they never appear in downloads or documents?
I got it ... you have to follow the instruction as indicated on the video but instead of downloading it... tap to open the pdf file... from the you will have an option to share the file ... it's a tedious but that's the only way to get the doc
Thanks, @Tumelo Maile it worked!!! I had to first press that download down arrow button, then tap the pdf file, I had to tap it more than once. Good luck everyone, this was so frustrating!
Same here.... Want to customize the date range. This is fixed based on statement date. Mine is dated the 6th of every month, I want a statement on the 27th of the new month to show all entries from the 6th to date, it's not possible.
What a joke of an app. There are posts over a yr old and the problem has not yet been fixed. Two issues: - statement history button dissappears - downloads dont actually download Goodbye fnb, hello standard bank.
