This is just a short tutorial video on how to log into the FNB app .
Do make sure to hit the like and subscribe button after watching the video.

I haven't tried this out yet but I think the previous phone that you were using for the FNB app has to scan the QR code on the new device with the FNB app.
Simply Log in
Select the 3 lines menu at the top left hand corner
Select settings
Select my device+browsers
Select verify with QR code.
Please let me know if this has helped and how your experience went.
I'm getting a system currently unavailable error right after putting in my password when logging in? Any idea what it might be?

Thank you for the comment
This might be the bank having an issue with their servers.
Try these troubleshooting methods:
Select forgot password and create a new password and try to log in again
Change the internet connection (if using data use Wi-Fi)
Should you be using an android clear the cache and if you’re using an iPhone delete and reinstall the app.

Thank you for the question,apologies for responding so late.
Perhaps the number you’re using is not the one that’s on your banking profile.
You will have to visit your nearest FNB branch to have the number changed.
How do you remove another user from your fnb app
Help me please because I can see the other person's transactions 🤦♀️

Pleas try these troubleshooting methods:
Select the 3 lines menu
Scroll down and select settings
Select manage profiles
(Unfortunately we don’t know what happens after this as we don’t have multiple profiles linked)
Or
Select the 3 lines menu
Scroll down and select settings
Select My device + browsers
Identify the device you don’t recognise or don’t want to be linked to your profile
Place your finger on the orange arrow( looks like this

Usually when an account is registered at the bank the card is activated before you leave.
Do you need to set up your pin or is it something else that your card has an issue with?

Oh that’s fairly simple
Follow these steps after logging in:
Select home at the bottom left hand corner
Select transfers
Select transfers again
Select the “From” account by sliding up and down
Select the “To” account by sliding up and down
Enter the amount you want to transfer
Enter a reference that you will remember when you see the transaction on your statement ie emergency,food, petrol
Select transfer highlighted in white at the bottom centre of the screen
Review the transaction and then Select confirm highlighted in white at the bottom centre of the screen

The username is a unique credential used to access your FNB digital profile.
If you don’t remember what it is ,you can visit the FNB online banking website and select forgot password (follow the prompts after selecting this option)
