BEWARD OF FNB SHORT TERM INSURANCE..... Ive been waiting 7 months for a claim to be paid.....all requirements have been met there consultants tell me they waiting for FNB to sign it off......I've sent over 30 emails still no joy...
Did FNB notify you directly that you qualify for the card(s) and waited on your approval to send it your way, or did you apply for one immediately after they notified you that you now qualify for a black card?
Do you guys think the black card is useful in South Africa, or is it just a waste of money?

For me it was Pre approved. I just accepted and they sent it
