Well Middlesborough station did not look its best as a lot of alterations going on there so did not show much of the inside, it was a rare treat seeing them open SNG to clean the ash out and then checking all the wheels, thank's mate, glad you enjoyed
Brilliant video that distinctive noice of a streak can be herd for miles you could not see it but you certenley herd it verry good glad you enjoyed the week end thanks Mal
Hello Mal, two fantastic steam locomotives in front of the train and then a legendary LNER series A4. An excellent steam locomotive spectacle, excellently filmed. Thanks for showing me this. Kind regards and stay healthy. wolfgang
Hello Wolfgang, many thanks my friend, yes the A4s are a true legend in our railway history, being so up close to them for the last two years at NYMR has been a dream come true for me, take care...Mal
Good video Mal. I really enjoyed this video of NYMR steam gala. Nice to see Sir Nigel Gresley visiting there again. Also it’s nice to see both 9Fs as well. Thanks for sharing Mal. Best wishes Josh
Enjoyed watching this a good start seeing Sir Nigel on shed and more of the operation of the railway than just trains passing by I wonder if you were on the same train as me to Thirsk I just made it back to the station in time from the Avoider. I wanted to see an A4 at speed as never seen that before and was not disappointed even though only with the support coach. The hotel in Whitby does look nice
Yes we got really lucky to see all the TLC they gave SNG, SNG seems to be a lucky loco for me with walking through the tender and riding on the footplate from Grosmont to Goathland last year
Nice work, mate. Enjoyed especially the close-ups at staff working on SNG. And thanks for showing a bit of M´boro (with music and all)!
