I've had that done a couple times. it's not the most comfortable experience, but not at all painful. Just feels like you're having diarrhea cramps until the waste valve is released. The tube they put up your rear isn't fun being inserted, just embarrassing at first. I wouldn't have a colonic often, but it helped with the migraines I was having.

I tried tamarindo drink. It flushed be both times i have made my drink. My boys drinks a little and he goes right away.
