- One of my favorite tunes since I was a kid, I was obsessed by the Nat "King" Cole version (on LP) so much I wore the grooves out.
"Angel Eyes" is a great, dark, bluesy standard written by Matt Dennis who also wrote "The Night We Called It A Day" and many other beautiful tunes. They just don't write 'em like this anymore...
The backing track is from playjazznow, They've got some really nicely arranged tracks that are a little classier than the usual "Play-Alongs". Видеоклипы
I worked and recorded with Toots. You carry on that tradition beautully.
You have your own voice as well. Well done.
Perry Mason , Al Capone era FUNK I'm hearing ... Excellent Jam !
As a beginning chromo player I vacillate between being inspired and wanting to just burn all my harps and take up the kazoo. Yup, you’re that good.
same here, Never considered the kazoo, but certainly got dizzy vacillating between my new fabulous Suzuki SCX and all the diatonics accumulated overt the years . there is now hope to work towards a rich sound
How you getting on now? Any good books or learning sites for chromatic that you know of? I started by journey just yesterday! Been playing diatonic for 5/6 years and so looking for a new challenge.
Thank you! Recently started playing with harps and today I ordered an SCX64c. Can't wait to get it. Love the sound!

HELLO!so GREAT ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨🕊🕊🕊🕊HAVE a nice day!🕊🕊🕊🕊👍🏻
I like so much your way to play. I've played now me too the chromatic for two years, and when I listen your video, I realise that I still have to work a lot. Many thanks for your videos. (excuse me for my poor English)
Excellent
superb...
truly inspirational. I kept thinking 'round midnight'. I have just ordered a suzuki scx 64 (hope i made the right choice, only played blues harps before), reason being I have broken my left ring finger. Doc says no guitaring for six weeks. Wife says 'you better get somthing you play without all your fingers before you drive me crazy'. So thanks again, I think I shall be a regular visitor from now on, I have a hell of a lot to learn.
I have an SCX 64. It’s fantastic. How are you getting on with yours?
Oh Yeah.. That truly is jazz. Pleasure to listen to your modes and scales! Nice one. Regards JW (UK)
Inspirational.

Fantastic ! You look like Brendan Sir ! (Brendan power)
love your sound . I see you are playing a Suzuki. which one is it , please? I have a Suzuki too, SCX 56. there is hope now, to work toward a meaningful, expressive sound
Like all of your posts. Is "After Midnight" in some mix.
Super rendition such a touch you have I would like to know is this the dry sound or is there any after effects like reverb. Thanks.
sounds like there is some reverb and maybe some compression
Beautiful playing. Thank you so much. What model Suzuki is it?
Yeah, Nat Cole was boss.
Is the harmonica in key of c ? Your renditions are very soothing !
Please, I need your help. What is the model of this harmonica ?
Are you playing hohner 64 X and how do you find it as a chromatic hormonica. What your favourite chromatic. You are a professional hormonica player - Thanks
Awesome
son parfait ! meme si j'ai les honner...
Håla excellente interpretation, uma pregunta que tipo de microfono usas?
Beautiful! Could you tell me what key you are playing this song in? Thank you.
I think it's an SCX 56 Suzuki
or a sirius 56
Is this a 64 in key of c ?
By the way did you ever fix that spring? Lol
WHAT IS THAT ON YOU FINGER CONNECTED TO THE SLIDE PLEASE?
I experimented with springless harmonica for a while, and liked it quite a bit. The spring is removed on the slider, and I use some wire and a zip tie for my finger. Lately I've been back to using a standard spring model, mostly out of convenience.
That harmonica is a Suzuki what ??? Thanks !
What is on his finger?
Zip tie
Suzuki Sirius 64?
it's a sirius 56. I've switched back to a spring- but there was something cool about springless....
Hello, may I ask what the mike is plugged into? I ask because you presumably have a microphone on your camera too, but somehow you captured the video and the sound on two different devices, with a beautiful result for both. Love B&W, or that B&W look anyway. Thanks so much for inspiring the rest of us. -- Rob
I use a shure SM 58
If I played the half of that you can play...
suzuki g-48 right ?
It's a Suzuki Sirius 56. I prefer 14 or 16 holers for standards. It's all about that low Bb.
@@Bluesbopthanks❤
I thought you Eric Clapton, are you?
no, not me
Is it a C harmonica ?
vikas upadhyay yes, it’s a C harmonica, 14holer
Bluesbop thanks .. it's great listening to you
