Just a quick ditty playing my favorite chromatic harmonica, The Seydel Volcany (Orchestra tuned). Recorded straight into my iPad, and tweaked with Cubasis and AUM. The video is done in Lumafusion, also on my iPad. My wife insisted I sing a verse on this tune, mainly because I’ve been singing it in the kitchen for days while working on it. My apologies in advance…😉

Just a taste of some of the wild and wacky sounds one can make using only a DM48X and an iPad Pro M1. The visuals are generated with an app called “Visual Synthesizer” and are also produced with the DM48X. Wow! What a blast! I was the opener to the show at “The Grape”, an awesome Music Club in Ventura, California. It featured an amazing array of KILLER blues harp players that included Mitch Kashmar, RJ Mischo, Flattop Tom, Daryl Carriere, And Frank Cisco Hinojosa. Incredible! Everybody had a great time, and played their Asses off!

The great Will Galison joins me at SPAH to jam on “Bye Bye Blackbird”. Will’s playing The Chromatic Harmonica, and I’m playing The Lekholm DM48X. This was a blast! Will has been one of my favorite chromatic Harmonica players for years, he’s a phenomenal musician, and this was a dream come true! Thanks Will, and thank you SPAH!
