I get anxiety attacks, but I had to laugh at some of the things written here, like walk to the end of the street, or go to the store today. I didn't realize some people get it that bad. I'm 63, and had 2 stents put in my heart arteries last year, I just got back from 5 days ( 4 nights ) of camping alone in the wilderness, a couple of hours away from any hospital, i have health anxiety & worry about my heart, i had a few rough spots of anxiety, and had to paddle my kayak on some pretty big lakes during rainy windy conditions, but I survived, some of it was fun, some of it was wet cold and miserable, and some of it was downright scary, but it was an adventure !
Thank you Martin! Excellent advice!
You just read peoples mind so well. Very great information! A lot of things we generally do
I’ve never got how to avoid using distraction properly. That moment of feeling better if I don’t avoid/distract from it never arrives and I have to get on with my day eventually, or I get overwhelmed and shut down.
Very good!

Does what you eat really impact on the recovery as some therapists say?
As anxiety and diet is quite a big subject Im going to make a video on it. I plan to release it on 27th July.
I just had trouble in breathing like really bad one i felt like everything went numb everything heated up. I went to hospital asap but heart rate pressure blood everything was normal. I have been watching google for even simplest symptoms and i was quite scared for like couple of months and all of a sudden it triggered two days ago by having trouble in breathing! Now its been 2days and still i feel like lack of oxygen like if i keep remembering things i feel like its still kinda hard to breath! Could be health anxiety!? Or shall i visit hospital again!?
