Seniors stranded in Pasco apartment building after Helene knocks out power

Hurricane Helene's devastating storm surge filled a Pasco County senior living facility with four feet of water, knocking out power to the building. The lights are back on, but residents say the elevators are still out of service, leaving some people stuck in their apartments.
