In November 2022, a colleague was driving me from Vancouver to Seattle and I nearly made him crash the car when I looked over to the left and saw FastCap on the left side of the road and screamed "OMG, that's FastCap". I worked for a company in Australia called Weir minerals that are heavily into lean values and processes.I had the opportunity to be a lean leader and did the courses etc It fascinates me that still today i still look for lean applications to my every day tasks . put a push button on the back of the magnet dispenser. His hand is there anyway when he put's the part in. You won't need to fiddle with the foot peddle anymore.
These videos are really impressive. Its a joy to see that every employee get to work with countinues improvment. How do you guys measure all this? Do you have any sort of goal whitin your team? Like Toyota have. 2 Kaizen per employee every month. If so, it would be cool to see a video like this more frequently through out the year. I would strongly recommend a Kaizen wall of fame. Its very much appreciated in our team.

Next stage for the lights - scan the barcode on the work order and it lights up the correct bins. No button pushing necessary.
