    Sir,
    I had searched for ''KAIZEN'' on google because I had to give a speech in my class on that...but the event got cancelled. I felt sad because I prepared for that good. After a few days I watched your video and I got more clear.
    The event got cancelled so that I could watch your video to get clear understanding...
    Thank you. 💐

  • @pienkonekuiskaaja
    @pienkonekuiskaaja 8 месяцев назад

    Sounds good. But one thing instantly comes to my mind is, how you make people actually work instead of making small adjustments all the time? ”Improving-mindset” should be reasonable because people are different on assessing, which needs to be improved. Some people to spend relatively huge amount of time on something that is a minor problem.

    • @alexkern9134
      @alexkern9134 4 года назад +2

      Everyone has to realize that 3S and morning meetings are meant to make their lives easier, not to increase profits. Once you understand that lean is fun and easy, it will spread naturally and folks will buy in.

They believed that the money invested in LEAN would quickly be recouped................used to drive me insane...........needless to say they soon went into administration.

    I don’t think 1 millisecond is a significant waste. The amount of time to “stop” and 5s or “Kaizen” something for a couple of seconds waste seems, in of itself, wasteful. It also creates a stressful work environment that your being hounded each day for things like that 😅

  • @mirsidorov5112

    Whoever your cameraman is, you need to get him into some basic video production classes. White balance off, focus is off, saturation is way out of this planet. Awesome content, you are a great host, but poor execution. I would recommend a GH5, its not expensive but has great image quality. And most of all, sennheiser EW100G3 mics.

      I've watched these lean practices ruin the company I work for over the last 4 years and I just had to look up a video and see if anyone else had bad experiences with it! In our case the company hired some kind of a supposed "kaizen guru" with high hopes and he basically took the company for a ride for 2 years. His title was Ops Manager but he literally hid in his office or slept in his car 95% of the time. It destroyed the company. He got fired finally but now I think it's too far gone. Really sad to watch...
