Lean methodology in agile that I was reading about focuses a lot on the reducing waste part of kaizen. It’s awesome to see the whole concept of kaizen presented. This is really fun to explore!
I have caught many more remarks in a shorter time that drive me to the kick of it. what a comprehensive and coherent flow of ideas and processes of it.
I found a video to be informative and gets right to the point which I believe is to highlight that you offer certification. I found a video to be high-level and comprehensive in the area that it touches.
Very informative, need a small change at "pillars of kaizen" slide- heading tells 7 types however only 6 types are given. Please correct if typo. Thanks
Kaizen is a philosophy that can be applied everywhere. It's about taking small steps everyday and slowly optimizing each process that you go through. Let's say you gotta deliver a box regularly to someone. You wanna see what small improvements you can make, for eg reducing by 10 minutes the time it takes you to deliver the box.
The only problem is that the higher the quality of the product, the less the corporation profits. Because the better the product is, the less it needs to be replaced. Which lowers the value of the product due to lack of demand. The number one goal of the corporation is not quality, it's making money. Unfortunately. 😥

There is too much in this video that is incorrect. Here’s one of many: ‘poka yoke and kaizen are different from each other’. This may be true but misses the point, and more importantly it misses the meaning of C.I. In actual fact poka yoke is a kaizen activity. Kaizen is the umbrella term. Too many errors to list.

Content was covered completely, well explained.
Glad! It was helpful.
Great video! Thank you so much for sharing it.
This was hugely helpful! I only have a small critique. The header mentioned 7 types of wastes in lean manufacturing, but listed 6.
Don't mind those 'English' teachers who want to correct a syllable instead of looking at the big picture. Awesome presentation!
Great tutorial!
Very nice explanation, thank you!
Thanks for Sharing
Thanks for detailed video. 30:27 , there are only 6 wastes. Is it a mistake?
How can Iget power point presentation? it is helpful i really impressed by tuto. keep it up!!!

Excelente presentación de kaizen, ¡gracias!
Very Good
In a new proces that involves machines and operators , that is not released for production just yet. How to approach Kaizen?
Thank for your video. Could you give me the .pptx or PDF file?
Perfect vedio
hope you can share the slides.
I appreciate the content, but due to the nature of the video production, I think you could make a PDF. The PDF would be easier for me to digest.

I can see only 6 wastes listed in lean management 30.48
Very informative, need a small change at "pillars of kaizen" slide- heading tells 7 types however only 6 types are given. Please correct if typo. Thanks
‘Inventory’ was missing
Can we apply kaizen in Business Consultancy firm ?

COVID-19 has greatly changed our working environment; face-to-face communication vanished. I wonder how to realize KAIZEN under new lifestyle.
super hard to stay focused with this AI monotone voice
You are right
Seriously? There’s nothing wrong with the voice. 🤔
I guess I was listening while working on the computer. So the monotone and pacing makes it hard to pick up main points.
Very useful information but the presentation could be a little slow
Click on the "gear" next to the CC box and change the speed to slow it down.....its just one small change 8-)
its 34 minutes
It's 3.7 times not 37 times...

You are putting the wrong stress on the wrong syllable. KAIzen. not kaiZEN.
It’s a robot voice, that’s why.
thats all you picked up from the presentation, awesome!
