Jaco Visser received info of a stolen vehicle in his area. He did not know it was a vehicle that was taken in a violent house robbery and nor did he know that this will be the longest pursuit he ever had.
The suspect robbed a house and took the vehicle as well.
But in the end even though the suspect thought he was away he met the BOERSEUN and his bakkie.
Great work to all the members involved and the tracking service provider.

WE ALSO GIVE ASSISTANCE TO VARIOUS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES WHEN ASKED TO DO SO.
Our actions are in line with the South African Criminal Procedure Act, The PSIRA Act, The National Road Traffic Act and other relevant regulations.
Under certain conditions such as displayed in many videos the responding members may seem to contravene certain laws. However when responding to schedule 1 offences there are grounds of justification provided for such acts, however these members will always take into consideration the safety of those around them.

I don't know if Jaco is head of the Randfontein NoJack but he also deserves a faster vehicle to use during such cases.. If he had a faster ride I'm probably sure this chase would've ended right in Westonaria.

I've watched many high speed chase movies, and i can assure you nothing comes close to this. This kept me on the edge of my seat and my heart rate doubled during all the time. Anton and Jaco, big ups to you guys, you are truly people's heroes.

When he realised he was being followed he headed for an area he would have known well and where he was certain he could outrun the bakkie. The turn off into the dam was so he could leg it. Jaco was there too quickly. Geez I did not think Bakkies could keep up those speeds. Great driving Jaco.

What I don't get is the whole time Jaco was chasing the merc, did the tracking chopper not have their own ground force... That was a lesson of never giving up... Many of us would have given up especially with the risk of running out of diesel in the middle of nowhere.. Welldone Jaco and No-jack
The ground team was behind him, I don't know if you understand Afrikaans, but the whole time he was saying he could barely keep up going over 180km/h let alone catch up to the criminal. It doesn't matter if you have a faster car, going over 200km/h on a single lane road is very difficult and dangerous. Anton was probably behind him in his golf R and even he couldn't catch up to them.

So I was asking if that's the case didn't the chopper have their own ground force to assist him...? I fully understand the risks involved in high speed chase.
@@Dability Jaco was just at the right place at the right time, remember the ground team has to be dispatched and may take longer to reach the scene than the chopper

Why dont you guys use live location on whastapp or iphone so your colleagues can track you and you dont have to try explain your location constantly
They mostly refer to the vehicle they're chasing, it's a few seconds that can make all the difference.
They report on where they're going more than where they are. "Turning left at _ _ _ _ _ " then they only turn left a few seconds after. Besides all that, they do track all their vehicles positions, but during chases, detailed comms is essential.

Have a extra phone with whatsapp on that you can share your live location on then you wouldn't have to try and explain where you are. They could block him in from the front or something.
