Thanks for sharing another adventure. Brings back memories of fun times we’ve had in the area. Like I said before, Moab is fun and there are a lot of trails the Taco could handle with ease. Shafer Trail is quite scenic. We like to run it downhill from Island in the Sky back to Moab
Thank you, love the humor whether intended or not. Having run Imogene back in July the other way the descent into Telluride is shorter but not necessarily easier, still some lines you need to pay close attention to. Nicely done, wish my wife could take the trails but she is deathly scared on shelf roads so the rock crowling isn't an option. Listening to your assesment of the crawl control I am glad I have the siz speed MT. I like having the feed back from the vehicle and with the 5.29 gears first gear is a do nothing (didn't touch a pedal on the way down) but focus on lines and rocks. Love your channel
@@mikechandler3791 I'm glad you see the humor, we don't take ourselves too seriously! We love the thrill and calculated risk of running these trails. You're wife probably has more sense than all of us lol!
Hi! First time watcher. Maybe your wife could spot you on some of the more challenging spots, it will also give you another camera angle from the outside. Y'all seem like a pretty neat couple! Keep it going and see you out there. Subed!
@@psaub You're right, spotting would have helped... for some reason we felt rushed by the crowds, when in reality no one up there would mind. I blame lack of sleep from camping all weekend lol!
Again. We have seen stuff in your vid that we are pretty sure we've never seen in anyone else's. We just can't figure out why anyone would want to make the trail look easy. It's almost like false advertisement 😆 I am glad you guys made it through nice and safe. You had me nervous here and there. Just wondering, will you guys be attempting Black Bear or Poughkeepsie Gulch?
When did you do Imogene, I was there 3 weeks ago, trail was closed, as was Black Bear. The scenery is phenomenal. I loved watching your kids, not very many kids get to experience the trails of Colorado, my granddaughter is 6, she always wanted to hang out the window. Do you think this trail will reopen?
@@59Schnauzermom We were there the last weekend in July. We are still getting rain so that might hinder reopening the road. Hopefully, it can reopen before the snow flies!
@@59SchnauzermomHopefully nothing crazy happens next year so it stays open! You are smart to come later, you might have the trails to yourself at that time. I love schnauzers by the way, we had a little white one who was so sweet and spunky.
Great video. Thanks for sharing.

Not this season, we have to talk Chad into getting a Jeep for that! We are planning Corkscrew and Hurricane though.
Awsome

@@BigAltitude970 We were there August 9 - August 17. Going back next year, but a week later. We hope Black Bear and Imogene are open then.
