I used to have one of these back in the day and they work really well. The key is not put it on a high setting initially and it seems like that's what she did. You start with the low setting for a short amount of time, maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and then you turn it off and start again the next day. Of course this isn't a replacement for regular diet and exercise but it's an option for some.

The way you “get abs” is by working out to get bigger muscles (specially your transversus abdominis, external obliques, internal obliques, rectus abdominus, and pyramidalis) BUT ALSO you need to drop below 13% body fat to have your 6-pack on full display. Lucky for women, it only has to be 16%
Very true, mainly dieting since for most people all the weight goes to their stomachs. Do not agree with this eletic muscle thing its dangerous in my opinion. Especially with your nervous system

From my understanding, things like that don’t *create* muscle, it’s impossible for them to do that, but I guess they can prevent the loss of preexisting muscle? Apparently in hospitals they will use something similar on coma patients to keep their muscles from atrophying, but I don’t completely know, I’d have to look into it more
The fcc limits the strength of non medical ones so the ones you buy off Amazon wont work
The ones they use in the hospitals are so strong they can make the persom lift weights these ones will only make your muscles tense alittle but its good for swore muscles
