Surrounded by your lovely viewers, let me tell you that you did a great job which will generate tons of clicks.😉The white table is an old one and can easily be restored, my estimate would be $ 50,-/80,- after a solid restoration. Rebecca Minkoff is a high end brand from New York, and the nice sweater might sell for 50,-/60,- bucks online. Though this lot wasn´t a home run, it was definitely worth the price. 👍Keep it up, and have a great Christmas weekend ! Greets from GER, U.
Better paying $25 for these few boxes than a whole storage unit with mattresses and bags of garbage! I had planned on selling at the flea market tomorrow, but plans changed, so the furniture piece will have to wait for the next flea market trip. Probably best anyway, I've heard it's been a bit slow at the market and with the holiday weekend, not sure how crowded it will be anyway. Hope you have a nice weekend, whether doing last minute Christmas things or relaxing!

I'm pretty sure from what little you showed of it, the clothes box is a winner. Free People is a good brand, on the fairy pricey side. I think it is worth it to look up each piece.
Personally I think it is a crying shame when people paint over good wood, but I think it is still "a thing". I see a lot of it on different platforms.

Hahaha yes, I didn’t have my glasses on that have the little lenses in the bottom that allow me to read up close. Because I’m nearsighted, wearing certain old pairs of glasses makes things up close blurry so I have to remove my glasses so I can see 🤓
Rebecca Minkoff is mostly known for designer purses. That sweater (maybe a sweater dress?) would resell nicely on Poshmark.
The paint job is horrible on your wooden piece but it can either be repainted or stripped. It is a really unique piece. Renee, did you ever do a recap of what you earned on that fabulous pallet find of all the jewelry and the expensive clothing? I would love to hear what those things were worth when sold. Free People isa good brand and has a following. From the design on the white side table 0r small bench IMO what you have actually found is an import piece ala Pier One or other import store. The other clothing brands are also from various import designers and actually could be worth some money depending on age, style and use. I like the dog stuff and it should resell nicely at the market. You will make your money back no doubt. Best wishes
I've just recently learned of free people brand clothing. (I know, I live under a rock) I had to look it up online to see what it was all about. Also associated with Urban Fitters, of which I have never shopped there either. I hope your items will appeal to someone and that you are able to recoup your costs plus a bit of profit. The white older piece of furniture is nice. I thought people didn't want brown furniture anymore, except me. It seemed like the majority of the population went crazy and painted everything white. The only thing that I have that comes close, is an old trunk that my mom refurbished in a "French" cream colored paint with gold decals. Not my taste anymore, but she put a lot of work into it.

My mother “antiqued” everything oak with green and gold accents..this was in the 1960s . I only have one piece, which is quite enough.

Glad you did not find yourself a powdered friend. I think Grandpa John was a better carpenter than artist - that drawing scares me a little. I like the piece of furniture, though I curse the "white-painting" movement that's been around for a while. I know a lot of people don't like brown anymore - but for those of us that do - it's a pain to strip paint. White especially. I've never seen drawers like that with the spacers in the back - usually the drawers go all the way to the back of a piece. They're pretty slick. Glad you will make your money back and more. By coincidence I was at the "Total Chaos Farm" today and they also had a dog named Bella. This is a place in the country - about a 300 foot long building with stuff collected over many years - all for sale. Horses, donkeys, mules, chickens, quail - and picking! What's not to like. They have animals and you can go picking?? That's the best of both worlds! Wish they had something like that around here. Facebook Marketplace here is usually filled with older and antique furniture that has been painted, either white or the slate blue. A nice job done on the painting but ruins the classic look and beauty of the original wood. However, who knows, in so many years, like everything, that could be highly desired amongst people. Trying to wind down here things a bit from the hustle & bustle of the season! Hope that you have a great weekend!
Am thinking Glasses ..some plastic cups in there...& here we go A COOL table !! I'd sand that down and refinish it . Its beautiful ❤ Love that serving tray ...Tip of the Day when packing clothes add a few dryer sheets. I do it with my seasonal cothes & when I move which is very often. GREAT BUY !! Not bad for the $$

You should check out your Free People items. They are costly new so masher you have an old one someone would be glad to buy. Enjoy the storage videos. We don't have anything like that where I live. Flea market either.

Not really. I think they go through cycles when they watch videos & then stop for a few months. Usually if I find anything that I know they like, I’ll put it aside for them anyway 🙂

ive run into a couple places who put stuff in the unit AFTER the pictures were taken. thats a great way for them to get rid of stuff without having to do a managers special
I've only had one box missing from a storage unit and that was a box clearly marked as "Food". I was better off that the box was removed from the unit!

That chest looked great, strip the paint and lightly sand blast it, put a finish on it it would be really nice. Enjoy your holiday

That wasn’t a bad one, at all! I saw a fairly large unit right before you came on and a man had purchased it. All of the boxes were filled with JUNK, except there was a coin that might have been a silver dollar…or a fifty cent piece! I didn’t see it completely. The guy had certainly lost money on that one!

It's actually pretty obvious that a lot of times you are at places with Taco Stacks, because you do your videos in or around his van! 😂lol!
Yes. Their adventures go back to Taco searching his immediate area farm dumps for scrap metals etc. They pulled an old lightning rod and wire out of the old dump together. This was just before he adopted Salsa I believe.

I sold an unsigned piece..this past summer,. or it was signed but we didn't' recognise it. It was really powerful with a figure holding a fist int he air. I sold it to a student who was totally taken with it. I only knew that the piece had been created by a migrant or a when you seen as a person who needs refuge but is met by opposition. When she said her price of what it meant to her, I didn't counter..... It was all hers. It really was a beautiful, powerful piece.
If you're allowed to dumpster dive you should. Save the landfills and make something for yourself. Someone could use those things you are saving..
Dumpster diving is always tricky in my area. Sometimes the dumpster company actually “owns” the stuff inside & so it becomes theft for taking anything. I won’t even touch the retail store dumpsters, too much risk for the cops being involved.

I think it's old as well. Many have stated it looks like an "import", something that would have been at Pier One. But the inside of the drawers and underneath looked too good to be from Pier One.

Renee, if you have a mattress to get rid of just cut the material off and throw it in the garbage and the springs under that is all metal and can be sold to the scrapyard. No need to pay to get rid of a mattress. :)
