Lindee, I just found you yesterday on you tube. I’m brand new at embroidery and hatch. I was having a time at creating jumps to remove trims and I’ve watched John and sue for days, and I’ve have definitely learned a lot from them but, your videos made me understand what I needed to do and fixed many of the trims. Thank you! I love your videos and will be watching them on hatch the next few days. Love your teaching style and your imagination. What a gift! Thank you again!

Thanks so much! The Hatch Academy keeps me pretty busy so I haven't made many videos for my own channel

Good afternoon i watched your video on unzipping a dst file. I received a dst in a email and was hoping you could tell me how to open it. I have wilcom 4.5
    Thank you

If you have unzipped it, open wilcom and do FIle > Open or find the dst in your Design Library and double-click it. Wilcom products can open a DST as stitches only or try to convert to object, which can change the character of your design. If you're new to using DSTs in Wilcom, you can find information on how it handles machine files in the Hatch Academy (academy.hatchembroidery.) You can create a free account.
