Haha its not hard with this group! What an amazing group of personalities! Its been wonderful to come back to Iten a 2nd time and reconnect with Amanal, Denis and Mike!
I can see that there is also Daniel Do Nascimiento (Brazilian), the fastest non-African marathon runner (2:04:51), much faster than both Amanal and Tadesse.
But can they read or write as well as you. Running fast adds nothing to a society as we see in the poverty of the nations of "fast runners". These empty compliments are like flattery for obviously deficient societies
hello i am 33 years old beginner amateur runner half marathon and marathon experience only 10 month. Now for 10 months here are my results Half marathon 1 hour 27 minutes. Marathon 3 hours 42 minutes. Are my ages suitable for pro runners or is it too late? While gradually training I do. My dream is to run a half marathon 1 hour 1-2-3-4 minutes. Marathon 2 hours 8-9-10 minutes but how much does a year require in order to perform complex training and discipline
3:50 to 4:00 is the easy pace. Wow. There truly are levels to this.
Yes 3:50 km/h is my 10 km pace on races 😂 I can’t imagine 😅
And that'll be 18km on a hilly rocky course 😂😂 the levels are real!
Love the rapport Angus has with these guys 👍

I was lucky enough and met Tadese at the train station at Geneva with his coach just coming back from last Olympic Games! Super nice guy!! ❤
One of the best Sweat Elite video's yet! Love the balance between session commitment and just joking around. Brilliant stuff!!

Tadesse is 2:05:10 now
and he is 41 years old...
Great video guys. Though I must admit I love the old style of sweat elite videos of long uninterrupted shots of pure running!
great video!
Great video Angus. Seriously other level

first time seeing runners in kenya listening to music
Amazing vídeo!! 🇧🇷🇧🇷
These guys just cracked 5 15 min 5k's in a row at altitude. I can only run that pace for 400 meters at sea level 😰

Tade is such a great guy
I love Mikes mentality. „What will others say if we complain? We just do it.“ So different from Westeners
Great content 👍❤😊
Sweat elite, Was the workout in half marathon pace?

So what's up with the state of athletics in Germany? Not a single medal at the World Championships🤔
🎉🎉
Total distance? Average pace for the entire training?
30k, 3:21/km
Thanks. Great work you are doing
