Never even considered the difference. I think a lot of the Trump love is exactly for the reason he seems to be the epitome of an individualist that people can strive to emulate. Great video!
You are very biased against collectivism, collectivism has its advantages too for example a billion people working together are far more capable then a small group, and having lots of small packs fighting isn't efficient it would be more efficient to have 1 group making computers for example than 10 competing groups, collectives also manage resources better
It sounds like you're lumping two different types of groups together. The whole point of the video was to distinguish between a "pack" (a group of individuals working together for a common purpose) and a "herd" (a collective lacking individuality). It would be more efficient having 1 group making computers, unless you wanted to make better computers. If you want innovation, competition is important.
@@TheCarrShow but in all seriousness they both have Thier advantages and drawbacks, look at ants and what they accomplish, they have very little individuality or bees look at bees, lots of people are more powerful than a few people
@@TheCarrShow to be fair I have bias towards collectivism, I think individuality is inefficient and a waste of time because if everyone is completing I feel like getting things done in an environment where everyone is competing would use more energy overall than if everyone worked as 1 unified force I feel like individualism is a waste of time and resources
Why are Indies and Collecs SO different in their thinking?!?
And watch at 10:52 for some special recognition!

Yeah, that's probably true. It explains the intense hatred that Collecs have for him, too.
