    the best way to extract ginger juice is to put it in the freezer for at least 24 hours,personally i prefer 48 hours and when you bring it out of freezer the ginger will be very soft after 4 or 5 hours,you press it without effort with your hand and the juice will flow like a tap water

    it's funny that most of these videos are done by people that don't even have a balding spot. You have no idea what it is to actually have thin, fine hair that is balding.

      those of us with hair loss can't tell how well something could work for us unless we see someone with truly thinning and balding use it. Seeing people that don't really have the problem is like seeing a skinny person that has never had a weight problem trying to show those that do how to lose weight.

  • @farahdhukai
    @farahdhukai  12 лет назад

    it definitely wont make ur hair fall out but do a test patch first to see how the skin on ur scalp reacts to the ginger because sometimes senstive skin cant tolerate it and it can get a little itchy

    There are some important things you need to do is drinking at least 2 - 3 liters of water and eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. You can keep hair healthier , cleaner and softer with Argan Rain shampoo and apply it three times a week.The product made difference on my hair.

      Vitamins are essential for proper hair growth. For healthy sebum in the scalp we require vitamin A. Graying and loss of hair is arrested with the intake of Vitamin B6 and B12. Keratin is produced by Biotin and hair follicles are kept healthy by inositol. Panthothenic acid and Para-amino benzoic acids are also beneficial. These vitamins are present in fruits such as lemon, pineapple and strawberry and in vegetables such as potato.To prevent hair loss, my winning product is Arganrain

    DHT causes balding in people. Using pumpkin oil, saw palmetto( very effective) zinc, and b-complex are very helpful to block hair loss hormones and encourage hair growth.

      i didnt try this. but trust me, when i was 15 i used a looooot of heat on my hair. i used to straighten my hair daily. and by 16-17 like that. i started loosing my hair aloooot. my hair became really thin and then my grandmother and many suggested me to use onion juice. i applied onion juice and the result was amazing. it do stink a bit. but the results are worth it. my hair started growing and my hair stopped falling. :)

    • @DEAD-FROM-NY
      @DEAD-FROM-NY 10 лет назад

      I would first suggest (assuming you do any of these things)
      immediately stop using any perms,coloring, or styling products you maybe doing,
      Just a mild shampoos and cream rinse.
      If no improvement after 2 months see a doctor and get a physical (before just going
      to a dermatologist) hair loss is often a symptom of other underlying medical issues.

    • @samarabdulhaleem2005
      @samarabdulhaleem2005 8 лет назад +4

      yes it does.. but be careful ..with each tbs of any carrier oil such as coconut oil or sweet almond oil only 1 drop of it(ginger essential oil) then mix them and warm this mixture in a double boiler then apply it in to your hair for maximum 4 hours then wash your hair off ..it is really really perfect and it even makes your hair grows faster cuz ginger essential oil stimulates blood circulation ;)

      she's not Armenian, dont mix please :))) her name is Arabic, the music too. but yes, we Armenians and Eastern countries in general are more hairy but still, the problem is everywhere. actually its a cool method if you dont have a serious problem with headskin. No doctor gets a clear face when you tell them of hairloss. they are usually unsure if they can help. this is one of things not having a final solution yet.

    okay - this looks simple and really inexpensive and the regime is reasonable. I'm gonna try it and get back to you in a month, Farah.
    I've had dreadlocks with hair extensions for 3 years now and its wearing at my hairline. I used to have a widows peak and that's totally gone - you can see right through the root area of my front dreads! Like I said... gonna try this - I've got nothing to lose but more hair...lol!

    A tip for 'peeling' ginger is to use the edge of a spoon. It comes off really easily that way.

    I have heard that massaging your scalp with or without essential oils also encourages hair growth. This is cool about ginger.

    Great video, Farah! Just a little tip...if you use a spoon to scrape the skin off the ginger, it peels off much easier, and faster than a veggie peeler. I cook with ginger a lot, so I kept trying to find a better way to peel it.

    You actually don't want to add water to it as it dilutes the potency of the ginger. Try putting it in a juicer. Works better

    I've heard that onion or garlic works great too..I am going to try the onion with honey ...weekly for my hair... Onions/Garlic contains sulphur which is great for hair growth...just in case anyone else is interested. The scent will not be as pleasant as ginger but it its worth a try! =) Thanks for this video!

    HI! yes it definitely has, its not a miracle nor is it an over night cure as she mentions in the video but i've seen improvements, I would also suggest accompanying it with Garnier Fall Fight shampoo (it has built in biotin which is good for hair and nails) Good Luck!

    Well just came across this video... Must say that ginger works wonders.... You literally don't need any ingredient to go with it... It's self sufficient .... I had tremendous hair fall earlier... I started using ginger juice a month ago... I must say the results are amazing... It should be a part of our regular hair care routine... It really works... 😊

I have noticed it does feel a bit thicker and haven't seen as much breakage which is awesome! I hope to keep seeing these results expand as i miss my full hair*

    You can find fresh ginger in any medium sized grocery store, (Canada, Zhers, Sobeys Foodmart... And in the Us, fresh vegetable markets usually will have them. You can always look for an Asian/chinese/indian/ect grocery stores, they will have it to. I live i a small town and all the groceries around have a ginger roots.

    I had a serious hair loss problem.
    After the birth of my third child I also had bad hair fall and I am only 35 years old. Desperated as I was, I”ve been searching for a treatment that works and the only thing that worked was Provillus. And now my hair stopped falling out.

    Peel with a spoon or I use the peeler, but the edge- not the blade part. All u need is a hard edge to remove the skin. So much easier and less wastage.

    Use Vaseline. I once over plucked the middle of my eyebrows and they were to far apart so I rubbed Vaseline on them and massaged it. Same thing works for your actual eyebrows.
