We made a triple batch version of these rolls the other day and froze them. We used bulk chorizo combined with ground pork and added carrots, celery, and garlic to the veg mix. They turned out so yummy. Thanks!

My favourite part of any sorted video is Mike trying to pretend to be normal, nodding along with what Ben says or looking into the camera awkwardly as if he isn't being awkward/about to laugh.
Made this for lunch.. Incredibly easy and sooo sooo tasty. Only the bottom of my rolls got a bit soggy because all the fat from the chorizo and pork started dripping out. Those juices dripping out turned almost into a sticky glaze.. and was full of flavor. So soggy sticky bottom it is with intense flavor!

Most Italian-Americans would close off the ends and do sort of a shoe-lace/lattice over the top instead of scoring it, and use a fresh loaf of bread over puff pastry. Looks tasty though.
This looks absolutely gorgeous!!! Breaking the rules slightly but what about using beef mince in a sausage roll? Not traditional but I like to twist recipes and change the herbs and spices!

Nice and late but our supermarkets (the Netherlands) don't actually sell pork mince. Even the butcher had to take the time to make me some mince. Thank god they took the effort to, cause even they didn't have pork mince as a standard product. The standards here are (lean) beef and mixed beef+pork mince. And sometimes they might have chicken mince. But no turkey mince either. And then there's the sausages. Here on Sorted you always take the sausage meat and turn it into something great but we have like one type of sausages and using the meat ain't very nice at all 😂. Struggles.
+SORTED Food across the pond we mostly have Mexican chorizo, which is an uncooked, usually uncased sausage. Can you suggest an alternative to the Spanish variety?
