That's a solid amount to get started with. The first thing that comes to mind is either putting it toward a down payment on a rental property or looking into real estate investment trusts. A rental property can give you consistent cash flow, but REITs are more hands-off
with $50k, you could easily make a 20% down payment on a property worth around $250k. If you go the rental route, you could generate passive income every month, and over time, the property could appreciate in value
REITs are definitely an option if you don't want the hassle of being a landlord. You can invest in them like you would stocks, and they pay dividends. Plus, they're diversified across different types of real estate, residential, commercial, etc. It's a good way to dip your toes into real estate without managing tenants or repairs
I've been thinking about rentals, but the whole idea of managing tenants kind of worries me. And what if the property market dips after I buy? I know it's long term, but that's still a lot of money
Rental properties can be more work than people realize finding tenants, dealing with maintenance, unexpected repairs. But if you're strategic, you can find a good property manager to handle all of that for you. Just factor in those costs when you're running the numbers
Honestly, that's why it's important to run a detailed cash flow analysis before you commit. You don't want to get stuck with a property that's bleeding money. But when done right, rentals can be an incredible wealth building tool
I wish every teacher was this calm

In the early 1990s, when I purchased my first residence in Miami, mortgage rates were commonly in the 8-10% range. Today’s market participants must recognize that the historically low rates of 3% may not return. If sellers are compelled to list their properties, market dynamics will likely drive prices downward, leading to reduced valuations-this is a sentiment that many in the industry share.
The situation is poised to become more challenging. Affordable housing will soon become a misnomer. My advice for anyone considering a move is to act promptly, as current prices may appear as bargains in the near future. Until the Federal Reserve takes more decisive action, inflationary pressures could drive significant market instability. Partial measures won’t suffice to stabilize the situation.
While a price correction in the housing market seems inevitable, in the short term, it may be prudent to reallocate capital from real estate to other asset classes, such as equities or commodities like gold. Interest rates have escalated dramatically, economic indicators suggest a recession, and tighter mortgage underwriting standards are adding pressure. A price reduction of 40-50% may be necessary before the market finds equilibrium. For those at a financial crossroads, it's advisable to consult with an independent financial expert who is well-versed in current market conditions.
How can I find a trusted financial planner like yours?
I consistently recommend Rebecca Lynne Buie as my top choice. She is well-known for her expertise in financial markets and has an impressive track record. I highly endorse her services.

Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of 483k in just the past 3 quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. Warren Buffett once said to treat investing in securities like real estate-you don't constantly check for gains. So, the recent bitcoin price drop doesn't bother me. I keep dollar-cost averaging and adding to my position, and I'm up 200% year-to-date because of this strategy.
Regretting missing out on earlier Bitcoin investments, I kept funds in a HYSA. Now, with $200k to invest, I aim to avoid FOMO and buying at the peak. What's the best approach for a newbie to navigate the market?
During bear markets, aim to 5x your portfolio by accumulating crypto and reinvesting dividends. Consult a financial advisor for help. Since 2020, my $1.2m portfolio has averaged 28% annually through restructuring with growth stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and REITs.
Who is this person guiding you and how can i reach he/she?
I’m careful about giving specific advice since everyone’s situation is different. You might want to consider an independent financial advisor like Melissa Elise Robinson. I’ve worked with her for two years and highly recommend her. See if she fits your needs.
Thanks for sharing. I searched her full name and found her website instantly. After reviewing her credentials and conducting due diligence, I reached out to her.

Dude, $221k in the bank for emergencies? Respect, but that’s a little overkill! 😂 But hey, if it gives you peace of mind, go for it. Might be time to consult an advisor and let them help you optimize some of that capital before inflation does its thing!
Y’all are making me feel better about my indecision. I’ve been sitting on some funds too, but I have no idea how to find the right investment advisor! Where do you even start with that?
There are a handful of CFAs. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘' Linda Aretha Reeves” for some years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s known in her field, look her up.

I began my investment journey at the age of 27, primarily through hard work and dedication. I am to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time. This success reinforces the importance of the advice mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth, but rather ensuring long-term financial prosperity.

You have to get a financial-advisor/broker to aid you diversify your portfolios to include commodities, inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, as opposed to growth stocks where valuations were based on future potential earnings
Yeah, brokerage AdvisoRs could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of investors raking in 6 to 7 digits in a space of months. It’s easy to double few dollars in the stock market
I got motivated to start investing in the stock market but all the stocks I bought has been underperforming and there’s too much volatility with key stocks.

Given the present economy, Which would yield better output between REAITs and FX. Considering a low income, short term person?
Probably FX. Made my first million this way earlier this year from it (through the help of a pro though). Besides, one can wake you up midnight to complain about a leaking pipe, the other can't.
@@toyko7200 Nice... If it's not a problem, do you mind telling the pro.? I could definitely use one right now... I look forward to your reply...
Why not both??? diversify

I’ve had some Jurassic things go on, and I talked to a buddy who was in a real estate and told me to look up some videos and get my knowledge up on it and then go into a broker and tell them that I want to learn more so I started watching this and this is helped a lot and I want to continue watching it and practice off of it and then move on to more. Thank you.
This video is literally GOLD for beginners! Great Job
You’re amazing- your teaching and thoroughness has helped me understand this so much clearer than what I’ve been reading. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, and using laymen’s terms to the best of your ability!
Hello 👋

From a technical point of view, the RSI looks promising in favor
of the bulls, as the daily RSI is at the bullish territory above 50
(after reversing earlier today). At the same time, the Stochastic
RSI oscillator is about to make a bullish crossover at the
oversold area. In case this happens, it might assist the market
in reaching higher highs. Lots of folks will do so well in the next
bull market but you shouldn't be of the mindset to only hodl, can
be very dangerous. As hard as it is trading Crypto, it sure is way
more lucrative and is quite logical if you just learn & pay

Only 19 with my first video of learning Real Estate. Sooo easy and understandable. Don't know if it was Kris that's made it such a breeze but hes making me like this even more.
I'm 21 now and just repeatedly watching this video. The basics are always principles forced to be reckoned with in Real Estate.
As a 15 year old trying to learn skills to start a company this video was very useful 🍉
hows it goin

Thank you so much for educating me, it really help a lot instead of going through reading a big book just to find out what it’s really the meaning of those words. You’re right to the points. Thank again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
As someone who is trying to go into real estate after college your videos really help
This is a lot more information than i expected
Knowledge is power. Make sure you're taking notes bro. Very useful information
This was so informative! Looking forward on your other videos to help people like me get a better understanding on the terms being used in real estate business.
I'm south african and turning 20 this year I couldn't have understood this better❤ thank you
This is a very nice and illustrative video, the only problem is that i feel the mass should be more enlightened by Stock trading instead of Real Estate because i think it's possible to earn more within a short period of time,
I started my investment with as low as 12,000 pounds a year ago and now I have made over 1 MILLION pounds, i hope to make 2 Million by this time next year. I'm so thankful to my financial advisor and portfolio trade manager (Mr William Beckford) for helping me attain this height.
You are very correct, it is the outright truth. I’m also an investor in the market, i invest in stocks and bonds.
i’m new to this whole entire thing, its very stressful to acknowledge the trends in this video. I need education.
I had so many bad experience in learning how to Trade. I tried learning from tutorial videos on RUclips but it didn't seem to be very helpful at all because I'm a slow learner,
I'm a Reporter, I don't have time to trade and i see STOCKS as a source of income besides my monthly salary so I invest with a financial advisor (Mr William Beckford) to my very surprise he sends me my profits every 2 weeks and it's more than my monthly salary. LMFAO😂
You’re great explainer thank you and would love to learn more and start investigating , because I got mistreated and fell like am a failure , don’t have a place to leave now after all that why I want to take these steps, I just don’t know how yet 😞😞😞😞
You're right ma,,
That is why I had to start forex trading 2months ago and now am making benefits from it..

Haven’t seen or heard anybody talk about how to deal with “bad renters” and handling those type of situations
you could get some insurance on the house that covers damages by tenants...

Getting a real estate is actually nice but ive had issues with the locations of them.
Why is that
As I said, because of location.
Many complain about its a bit secluded, and some of the price tag I place on them isn't worth it.
I simply told them when they have money or when they are ready they should come back.
Some people can't handle the price and start making silly excuses. Don't let it bother you, my dear, Others will come
Exactly, some of them just need financial advisor to help their investments so that they can afford it.
You taught well. This is my class in real estate were somebody told me to study about this. Your class so simple and humble. Were understanding .
Thank you so much for this video!!!!!!! I just signed up for my licensing classes and I start this month! I’m trying to get familiar with the terminology bc there’s A LOT of it.
