Just found your channel ! Enjoying it !!! When you were down in the engine room it made me think of Back to the Future with Doc working on the Flux capacitor 😁
interesting tour !! I have a shipping container (for stock) sited in a very old English boatyard on the Kent coast and its the same . Fascinating to walk around but its another "boulevard of broken dreams " !! 😂
About 50 miles from you. It might get down to 40F Friday or Saturday morning, won't be so hot now, can't wait! Subscribed. I love to see maintenance on engine and other things.
I liked the name and now I know the reference, thank you! I wonder if it refers to their favorite food, or how they feel after being out in a storm (banged up and mashed!)
Nice looking boat! Is she a BHM or Duffy? Sure looks like a downeaster. Aha, I just read your channel description! BHM 32. Hull by the great Spencer Lincoln. I had a Flye Point 28 for years. Most beautiful shear of any downeast boat. IMHO.
Thanks for the tour of your boat and the boat yard :) I am selling my modular in a gated community in Ft. Myers and when that happens I will be interested in a 40-45 foot trawler with twin diesels preferably Ford Lehman's. If you come accross something please let me know and thank in advance :) Bill
For a 32-foot boat it is $360/month and yes, there is a fee for in/out of the water. Our last bill was just under $1,000 and that was storage, moving the boat to the work yard and launching.
In the work yard there was a custom steel boat next to us but the owner wasnt aboard, so I dont know the make/model. On the other side of the steel boatwas a beautiful Crealock 37. Nice young couple onboard are doing a full refit.
Great video, and good boat yard tour !
there are lots of amazing boats there in that yard.
Thank you for sharing with us
I enjoyed the boatyard tour. Thank you for sharing.

I'm at palatka, just picked up another space heater today for my boat 😊
Glad you enjoyed the video! 40F sounds like space-heater weather!
Looks great
Very nice. Thank you for sharing.what kind of boat is your?
Blue Moon is a 1993 BHM Flye Pointe. She is built on a lobster boat hull.
Foil on windows good idea. Im in Palatka for the winter Grand Banks 36.....
Bangers and Mash is what we have here in England, sausages with mash and gravy. Interesting name for a boat:)

Can you tell me where this yard is located?
We kept the boat in Indiantown Marina which is about 25 miles west of Stuart, FL. Great place to keep a boat during the hurricane season.

We really like the boat! She is very stable and just the right size for the two of us
I'm actually looking for a livaboard. Where is this marina. I would like to ask about some of them
This is Indiantown Marina in Indiantown, FL and it is not far from Lake Okeechobee

I dont know of any off hand, but if you call Indiantown Marina, they would know what's for sale.
I hear it's a good place to buy big boats at a great price.
No big boats were shown and I very much doubt that rinky dink travel lift would lift one.
how much does it cost for 5 mouths storage....?
For our 32 foot boat it is $365/month, plus there are fees to haul and power wash the boat.
Where is this yard located? Have a friend looking for a place for his sailboat.
Indiantown, FL about 25 miles inland from Stuart.
Hi there. Could I ask you how much it cost you for long term storage there? I also assume there is a fee for in and out of the water?

Good to know, thanks!
What is the old girl on your port side. She looks like a neat boat also

I’m in the UK & I’m a disabled sailor doing up a Fisher 25 but a 37 would be amazing
Fishers are awesome boats!
What’s the hull and year?
It is a BHM, Flye Point from 1993. Atlantic made the hull.
Thank God Florida is cracking down on these boats now that litter the water people living on them they don't even run or there usable
It is very sad to see how many boats are not cared for and sunk along the Intra-coastal Waterway.
@LifeAt7Knots I think I counted 6 sunken boats on shore of st Johns river from Jacksonville to palatka prob from hurricanes we just had
That marina is where boats go to die I have moved boats in and out of there just dropped a 65 off there
I think you're right about some of the boats going to die and others to be reborn with a new owner.
YOU NEVER SHOW US YOUR FIRST MATE,,SHOW HER !
I'm usually behind the camera but I'll try to get into the next video. Thanks!
