My favorite SILLY happenings the BURNED SAUSAGE 🤣 and 2nd the POPPING PILOW 🤣 Lovely Canadian Couple Cruising QUEEN MARY in Alaska ..take care Thank for sharing
I just finished an Atlantic Canada cruise, we visited Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador and really reminded me of cruising the fjords of Alaska and Norway. Never discount Atlantic Canada, it has so much to offer.
Loved the vlog…Sitka was my favorite Alaskan port as well. I got a set of the Russian nesting dolls there, they were painted with Alaskan backgrounds & the names of the ports we visited.
Oh my, that veggie sausage looked like it had been cremated 😂😂😂 The pillows gave me a chuckle too 😂😂 Sitka looked a beautiful place and the church was lovely. Great vlog, thank you.
We lit a candle in the cathedral in Sitka for our daughter who was undergoing IVF, our grandson is now 6. Love your vlogs and it is making me seriously consider a cruise on her sister ship Victoria out of the UK.
I look forward to cruising to Alaska again. I only had a stop in Juneau before heading across to Japan and so we really didn't get to see Alaska. Sitka looks beautiful!
Thank you for this wonderful video! A number of years ago we sailed the Alaska Marine Highway from Juneau to Bellingham, WA and became enamored with Sitka during our very brief stop there. I loved your view of Sitka and am more excited for our port stop there next September…a little late in the season, but I’ll take it! I also have to say that I’m enjoying your cruise on the Queen Elizabeth! I’ve not been overly interested in a Cunard cruise but your views have piqued my interest on sailing her! 😊
Lovely little town and the nature hike was so pretty. Caught the Newfoundland nod. What lovely weather for you to be out and about. Loved Jill's starfish necklace and earrings. Also loved all the Irish music in the show and pub. Took me back to Newfoundland. Fun vlog as always, thank you! Cheers from London, Ontario.
I've never been to Alaska. Sitka looks beautiful. My sister and her family did an Alaskan cruise and loved it. I do love dining on Cunard. I'm a vegetarian and the maitre'd gives me a seperate vegie menu every evening so I have even more choice.
Sitka was lovely. We really enjoyed our day there. The maitre’d gave Mr. Canuck a menu each night prior so that the chef could make sure his meal didn’t have any nuts in it. They even special order specific items a create a custom order for him. The service was wonderful.🛳
There is a lot going on this vlog.... Pillow talk and chocolates, salmon and bear, Big Bird jacket and a James Bond faberge egg ...Oh My! Stika looks fantastic. We pondered what the "Secret Word" would be before your first vlog came out and we are pretty sure of what it is!
We were in Sitka in 2016 and at that time the ships were tendering guest to the shore. Sitka was a great surprise and we toured the raptor center and the bear rescue.
I literally laughed when Mrs. Canuck had to put her feet in the water! I have so many photos of my toes in rivers, lakes, oceans, any water I can find!!! My husband does not share this hobby either😂
Sitka is the best port. My mother is Russian, so it was neat seeing some of the history there. The upstairs tour at the Bishop's House was my favorite place to visit in town when my husband and I were there on HAL in 2019.
@@chrisvetch5221Excellent point. We’re are flying from Halifax. Actually we are supposed to fly to Vancouver at the end of this month for a Panama Canal cruise. Crossing my fingers and looking at alternatives.
Hello , Love your adventures. Question.... I heard the other day, that Sitka had an issues lossing WiFi and other stuff, due to cable break out in the ocean. Did you find anything about this while visiting ? They said may take 2-3 weeks to repair.
Sitka was beautiful. We enjoyed seeing the great shots you got of the ship outside. It’s a very pretty ship.
Yes it was! Sitka was a very pleasant surprise. We didn’t have huge expectations but once we got there we were taken back from how wonderful it was.🛳
One beauty of day in Sitka for sure!! And getting one's disco on!! Always great stuff!!
Couldn't agree more!

We couldn’t agree more! Everyone should visit Atlantic Canada at Least once! We loved it so much this spring that we are going back this fall!
Never realized I wanted to travel to Alaska until I watched this vlog series. Looks like i’ll have to travel there soon. Perhaps next year.
Lol, funny how that is.
I’m with Mrs. Canuck. I can’t pass a body of water without dipping my toes. Thank you for sharing your day with us!❤
Thanks for watching. Mrs.Canuck is happiest when she is around water!

😂The pillows were funny. Sitka is a gorgeous spot.
Elizabeth is a 9-letter word. Thank you for the well-done video of a most beautiful shop and location.
Our pleasure!

Thanks for sharing. Wonderful to hear.

That would of been a very unique cruise. We really enjoyed our time in Sitka.

Sitka is our new favourite port in Alaska. We had a great time on Cunard.
Love Alaska! We have not been to Sitka and plan on going to Alaska again and seeing the ports we didn't see before.
We were so pleased that we were able to see Sitka. We thought it was a wonderful community.
Nice adventure in Sitka. I thought I was there with you. Well done!
Great. That is how we want everyone to feel when watching our vlogs.🛳

Initially i thought Jerry's veggie sausage was a small blood sausage 😅 since it is a British ship. Great port stop guys, and beautiful weather.
That is what Mrs. Canuck thought also. It was a great port stop for sure.

We really felt that it was the perfect size Alaskan town and wasn’t overly touristy.
Great video as usual. Love watching your experience through your lenses.
Thanks so much!
Great video. I was on NCL in late May and did not stop there. What a great looking place. I'll have to visit one day.
We were very impressed with Sitka.
Great vlog, enjoyed the view of Sitka.
Thanks a ton. We were really impresses with Sitka.

It is a must do for Mrs.Canuck!🦶
@@CruisingCanucks me too!
That’s the stop we missed on our Princess cruise to Alaska 30 years ago. They didn’t go there at that time.
We were very impressed by the beauty of this town.
Great vlog! I always enjoy them!
Thanks so much!
The weather looks wonderful. : ))
It was! We really luck out with excellent weather the whole time we were in Alaska.

We will have to check it out next time. We would say that Sitka is our favourite Alaskan port.
Hope to visit Sitka next September on HAL Noordam. Appreciate the tour. It gives a great sense of what to expect.
I'm also on Noordam. As long as Air Canada isn't on strike! Heading to Vancouver from Edmonton

We'll see you on the ship! Vancouver to Yokohama. Driving to Vancouver from the Kootenays.
We loved Sitka! Really lovely spot to explore and take in the natural beauty.
@@chrisvetch5221 Air Canada strike! 🤞you get to the port.
Alaska looks much like Newfoundland and Labrador.
Exactly what Mrs.Canuck as been saying since our first visit last year. Lots of similarities.
Sitka was my favorite Alaskan port.
Ours too!

We heard about this since we returned home while editing these videos. Don’t know any details.
We also love Sitka.
Beautiful spot!
Bravo, I have been on 3 whale excursions and nary a whale to be found on any of them. The landscape was spectacular though.
That’s disappointing. We saw many whales throughout this voyage which was wonderful.🐳
You get lucky sometimes, sometimes not. I will see them on another cruise
So, for $10,000 you could be the owner of the ugliest fur coat in the world????
Exactly! Lol 😂
Does a bear drop vegetable sausage in the woods? 😂
😂
