Your trainer is right for focusing rack pulls. You’ve got width for days, but if you want to up the thickness focus on the development of your erectors. If you’re not also already doing romanian deadlifts on leg days and bent barbells rows those are the parents of thickness.

lol i just had a show 3 weeks ago, a week leading up to the show. i did cardio 2 hours fasted a day, for 5 days straight, and had no carbs for 8 days. so ya that client is bitching, i had to be to the gym at 330am be done at 530am start my workout at 6am till 730am and work from 9am-8pm 😂 ditch that client. i’m a business owner and run 2 sushi trucks in bend oregon. you do whatever it takes. it’s all mental

This trainer goes a little to hard honestly with this workout and last chest workout. Especially for a client who is in prep. He’s lucky Sadik didn’t get injured with those rack pulls.
