Sir i have an doubt...Sir in your diagram you made the outlet of the separator somewhere in between the cylinder....to sir jab float se valve open hoga tab to sirf uper uper ka oil hi jayega compressor mei.....
Ya fir Esa hota hai ki Compressor oil separator ke oil ko suck kar leta hai valve ke open hote hi....????
Mere hisab se oil separator ka Outlet oil separator ke niche ya bottom mei hona chaiye....

@@searainly sir mera doubt hai ki Oil separator ka outlet agar jaha apne bnaya hai waha hoga to only surface ka yaani uper uper ka oil hi jayega compressor mei...

@@sachinchowdhary6804 bro why we need to empty all the oil from oil seperator. when oil reaches its maximum limit some oil will goes into compressor crankcase , this cycle will repeat again and again . i hope you understand
@@AmanGoyal-lb3ln bhai jo bhi is tarah ka arrangement hota hai wo fully drain hona chaiye na....kyuki whats the use of keeping oil in half of the container...it should be drained fully else the bottom most oil will get stagnated and kharab ho jayega with time.
