when refrigerant come out of condenser and goes to thermostatic expansion valve it has high pressure and low temperature but you have mentioned high temperature and high pressure

Sir if evaporator load decreases, and there is extra flow of refrigerant in evaporator amd now needle valve is fully closed, so how this extra refrigerant is handled, ??
16:33 As per TS diagram temp of refrigerant remains constant as it absorbs only latent heat in Evaporator. But you are saying the temp will increase!!! And it will be sensed by feeler bulb.
before txv it is HT HP and before evaporator it is LT LP ?? reason is flashing up liquid...can you say more about it sir???

Because when the valve opens then oly the refrigerant is going to flow no and to open that valve bulb should sense...then initially how it sense when there is no flow

What is degree of superheat sir?
The purpose of drier is to remove moisture, Sir then how it is possible for liquid refrigerant to enter TXV? And also please explain how does temperature outlet of condenser is high?
HP HT vapour refrigerant enters into condenser.Constant temperature heat rejection (Latent heat rejection ) takes place inside the condenser it mean vapour refrigerant directly converted into liquid refrigerant at constant temperature. & that liquid refrigerant pth TXV.
And then HP HT liquid refrigerant enters a constricted tube which is the expansion valve. Now similar to the convergent nozzle, the velocity of refrigerant increases which obviously lowers its pressure(Thats why TXV is also act as Pressure reducing valve) Since Temperature is directly related to pressure, the refrigerant’s temperature decreases. This process is a constant enthalpy process.
