Return to sport tests for ACL and Knee Injury or Surgery patients are extremely important and valuable for both the practitioner and the patient. In our clinic we do 3 single leg stability and endurance tests (which also double as rehab drills for clients) to determine where a client is at in their rehab, as well as to test if they are ready or not to return to sport and training.
1. STAR EXCURSION TEST
2. SINGLE LEG SIT TO STAND TEST
3. SINGLE LEG ELEVATED BRIDGE TEST

I've had right knee acl reconstruction 15 years ago and for my left knee 5 years ago. Until now I'm still not confident with my knees . Wish I can go through your rehab and assess my knee strength. 😢
You can always do a Telehealth session. Just follow the links on the website
👍
nice explanation
but lateral bound puts the knee at greater risk for acl. how to do it safely
Perhaps watch my acl videos for more advice
10 months post op, my muscle mass is not even and i dont have full flexion, is it safe to start returning to sports, my strength and functionallity is good
If you pass all the tests then yes, sometime muscle mass doesn’t come back for a while but aim to keep trying to get it even
@@physiorehab What about flexion, im workin on it
