Thank you very much for this video it was extremely helpful I am wondering and I don't know if this is a good video idea or not what are other ways to come up to standing from being on the floor I'm trying to choreograph some of my own dances and I found your videos very helpful but coming up off the floor seems to be an issue for me I only know of one way I'm sure there's others I'm wondering if you might be able to help because I love watching your videos and we watching them to help me learn new moves
