I have a recipe for you to try. My kids and extended family had it gone first.
Take 2 cans of creamed corn
2 cups reg corn
1 small block of Velveeta cheese.
1 loaf of bread, may not need it all
Take the 4 cans of corn dump them in a baking dish. The cheese needs to be cut up in the smaller pieces. Now take the bread and break it up into smaller pieces as well. Now put everything in a big bowl, mix well and bake at °350 for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Just check it often.
I didn't know the crockpot Crock could go in the oven😮
We have the same design pioneer woman crockpot 💝
I make cornbread casserole for holidays/ get togethers.
I also like little cornbread muffins to put in to soups/ chili
Jiffy cornbread mix makes the BEST cornmeal pancakes. They are sincerely incredible.
Thank you, Abby! I am definitely going to try these recipes. I love the recipe you made prior called Cowboy Casserole, too!
I love your shelf cooking videos. Thanks for all these great ideas.
2 of our favorite ways to use Jiffy mix is to make corn dog muffin bake and sloppy joe casserole. (Corn dog casserole: just mix up mix and add cut up hot dogs and put in casserole dish. Then bake til done. Sloppy joe casserole: mix up corn mix and we like to add can of drained corn, set aside. Make favorite sloppy joe mix (or taco meat) and put in bottom of baking dish. Cover with cheddar cheese, the dollop muffin mix on top. Bake til done.) Both are great easy pantry meals! ❤😊
I do appreciate videos that feature a particular product or ingredient. Often when I see it in my pantry i can only think of one way/same old way to use it. 😊
YUM!!!❤ Abby those jiffy cornbread recipes look sooo good! By golly I’m going to make all of those! Thank you Abby 🥰
Love the jiffy tamale bake! The cornbread salad looks yummy too❤Have a great day, Abby!
Hello abby im back i haven't watched you in a long time! I cant wait to keep up with your videos again im watching what i missed
Hi Abby, I'm anxious to try the tamale pie recipe, that looks really good. Thanks for sharing. Btw, I'm a new subscriber I'm watching from Ocala, Florida.
Growing up, we ate warm jiffy cornbread muffins in a bowl with milk.
Love this video
I love Jiffy and that salad looked so good! Were the blueberry lemon muffins good? And I like your idea about featuring an ingredient.
Yes, please do more videos using the same ingredient for multiple meals.
I like the jiffy cornbread ideas.
My holiday cornbread mix is just slightly different… Depending on the size of pan I want to use, I mix one, two, or three of the following ingredients: Jiffy corn bread mix, stick of butter, egg, can of drained corn, can of cream style corn. 350 oven for 1 hour. Any leftover is great in the morning with some warm syrup on it!
Can't wait to watch!!
I have never heard of cornbread salad until this video. So interesting! I'm going to try the tamale pie soon! Yumm!! Thanks for all you do!
Awesome video! Definitely like the idea of featuring one ingredient different ways videos in the future 😊
I like tis format!
Love this! Great idea!
I love cornbread casserole! I am always in charge of making it for Thanksgiving. I use the Krusteaz Honey Cornbread mix because it's available gluten free for my dad. I sometimes have to triple the recipe and there is still barely any left over. So yummy!
I also make this every Thanksgiving and for our family reunion. I have a few differences though. Instead of sour cream and eggs, I use 8oz of French onion dip. I also me.t the butter, pour into pan, and then pour corn mixture on top.
Enjoyed the ideas!
Jiffy biscuit mix makes so many things too. Because it is more or less bisquick you can do the impossible pies. There are sweet and savory versions. My favs are tomatoes zucchini with parm cheese. The sweet one would be coconut pie. It makes its own crust. I also make a sloppy Joe bake with mansion and cheddar cheese. the pies were popular in the 70s and 80s.
Thank you for your video! Great ideas
Awesome recipes, thanks 👍❤️👍❤️👍
I've been making cornbread casserole for years! If you guys like onion, try some chopped onion in it. Delish!
Sounds good ❤
I like watching this type of video. 👍
I'm making the tamale bake. yum
I love jiffy cornbread. I'm making it tonight to go with pinto beans that I just cooked.
Jiffy does make a blueberry muffin mix ...it yields about 6 muffins or a loaf pan.
This video is great Abby! Can you get a 10 pd bag of chicken leg quarters and make meals and tell us the cost also? Ty!
These look good 👍
Yummmmy!!;)
Loved it
yummy!!! except the pizza. I make Tex Mex bake. corn bread mix cooked hamburger beans 1 can tomato sauce onion sauted with hamburger and rotelle tomatoes mix bake add lettuce and sour cream
Looked like you were actually using corn muffin mix instead of cornbread mix? Checking because corn muffin mix has sugar in it, and cornbread mix does not. I unfortunately discovered this when making a large batch of dressing for thanksgiving many years ago, and used the muffin mix, which was too sweet for making cornbread dressing. Thanks for the dinner ideas 😊
I haven't ever seen Jiffy Cornbread mix. It has the cornbread recipe on the side of the box
I went online and couldn't find Jiffy Cornbread mix...it's as if it doesn't exist...lol
Would be interested in seeing it... even though my family prefers the sweeter cornbread over other brands...even mixed with other recipes...even stuffing.

Your recipes look delicious but I've noticed that you often leave out the oven temperature, in written recipes and in videos. That's kind of important. 😉 Thanks for sharing with us!
Yummy. 😁
Omg 😮 hi new friend 😊
I use jiffy in the lasagna in lieu of lasagna pasta sheets
