- So for today's mini midlife crisis I decided to buy some flower craft kits, that are apparently for girl, however after making these flower crafts I can safely say they are for everyone. And although this midlife crisis may just be another night of Ant drinking too much wine and ordering crap off of Amazon, it was actually worth it this time, I thought these little flower craft kits were delightful! I'm still worried that somebody decided to include super glue in a craft kit designed for kids, however it definitely got the job done better than crappy PVA. I would also highly recommend the flower ring craft kit, I thought it was super cute and dead easy to make! But let me know what your thoughts were on these flower craft kits, and if you come across any other craft kits you want me to test out, feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments below!

The glasses work with the hat, but not the tee shirt. Maybe just wear them with certain clothes when u go out? They're kind of funky 😊😊 😊😊😊😊😊
The glasses...you absolutely NEED some bolder, colorful glasses to fit your fun, eclectic personality! That being said. Not these ones. They're too small and the orange ring makes them look smaller. Just not the best for your face. So YES to funky or colorful, but make them bigger to suit your face/head ❤❤❤
I think you are right! The orange glasses are a little too narrow, but I like the bold color.

Ant, in your Terry's Chocolate Orange outfit, those glasses that you hate so much would look fire! lol. Seriously tho, no they are not you hun. It's not just the colour, it's the size of the frame. Also, all the kids between 3 - 12 years old that I know absolutely love crafts, but lots are. Frequently a key down or they have sub standard contents. I've never had one with superglue in it tho. That's awful!

I couldn't help notice how your t.shirt really went with the flower rings you made.. You must make a conscious effort to always remember to wear the colour co-ord rings when you wear that T. And yes Ant that was before the war, many wars, and that company survived them all, wow!🤯mind blowing. I both of these look really fun even if they are for kids (and kids at heart)

The orange glasses are a bit too small for your face for sure. They look cute still, but the wider ones are so much better!
I also can't stand being around children and get so annoyed when people tell me I'll change my mind one day. I also hate when they tell me that I'll love their kid because it'll be special, when I've never once felt that way towards a child

I love the orange glasses! But if you have 5 other pairs you don't need to force yourself. The rings are such fun! I teach children English (I live in Czechia), & they would be great to use in the lessons. I like the brand Galt, their kits are usually good quality.
And I love the flower headband! I agree with you, you need to pack on as much as possible!
I love that you did these 2 kits and that you enjoyed them so much. I like the glasses that you tried on because they're cool and unique. I do agree that you do look better in the bigger framed glasses, but I think you should wear the other ones on occasion. You have a great face, so you can pull them off.

The orange glasses is a na. Truthfully they made you look like you were in a fishbowl. Both kits were really good. I'm glad you had fun in your midlife crisis ❤❤❤

I'd say it's a craft crisis instead of midlife crisis. LOL On the rings: wouldn't it have been easier to slide the flowers on the ring from the ring side, smallest to largest? I wouldn't see it well to know but it would keep them from being ripped maybe? Headband is adorable. I agree, both kits would be awesome for kids parties, minus the super glue. As for the glasses... hmmm... I'd wear them for things like when you mow the grass, etc so that if they were to be scratched or something you wouldn't be put out. But everyday wear? No... The larger frames do suit your lovely face better. :)

10:23 Honestly my parents just let me go at it as a kid. Scissors, super glue, hot glue, whatever. To be fair though! They taught me how to properly use it all first 😂
I remember laughing at my bullies in 6th grade because the teacher wouldn’t trust them with a hot glue gun, but I was allowed to go ham. 😆

I like the glasses but I think it would be interesting if you had instead of orange a blue/ teal colour -like the shade you have had in your hair from time to time... to me the teal would be more of a contrast against your skin .... but that's just my opinion. Cheers
Hi Ant! What fun those 2 kits were! I love stuff like this too. It’s a great way to make something quick and easy when your creativity needs a little push to get going. And if you can find a nibling to do it with that just adds to the fun! 😊😊
I’m with you on the kid front. I love my niblings but I love giving them back too! I just find the having kids debate to be so draining and unappealing. I much prefer my cats. They are such great company with no talking back (except my Devon Rex, she’s quite chatty) and no having to post bail for them when they become teenagers!! I think acknowledging that you are not cut out to be a parent and sticking to that belief, is a very strong thing to do in a society where as a woman I am expected to want children because of my “biological clock “. I never had the feeling of desperately needing to reproduce, but I’ve seen it in my girlfriends. I guess you either have it or you don’t. I’m not sure what the attitude regarding having children is for men or gender fluid people. In my father’s generation a man was supposed to want to son to carry on his name, and if you identify as gender fluid, I’m guessing the cisgender community wouldn’t want you to reproduce at all, which is just a daft opinion to my mind. My only regret with not having my own children is that now I am chronically ill and ageing, I have no one to look after me. Thankfully, I do get on well with my nieces and nephews, so I’m hoping they will do the right thing by me and take care of me. If they don’t, I’ll cut them out of my will! 😂😂😂😂

You expect your nieces and nephews to be your nurses? That's messed up. If they want to, that's great. But to assume they'd 'wrong you' if they don't want to give up their future careers to take care of you is a bit insane. Also for you to assume that all cisgender people (I'm cisgender) think non binary people shouldn't have kids is insane to think and very ifnorant. Have kids or don't have kids. But to have kids just so you can guilt trip them into caring for you (that's what nursing homes are for) is messed up. Kids don't ask to be born and shouldn't be forced to take care of our aging parents if they don't want to do that. I want a career in helping animals, if my mom ever needs a nurse, hopefully I'll have enough money to hire one. It's disgusting to have kids and expect them to live the life YOU want for them and if they don't praise you and be your maid that means they're bad kids. Jobs such as maids, nurses, caregivers, etc, exist. Forcing your kids to do those things if they don't want to is cruel.
My 6 year old would love that flower ring kit in all fairness, I'd probably enjoy making them with her too 😅 will be looking out for that one.
Absolutely wouldn't trust her with super glue like, she would glue her hand to poor dog in no time 😂

YES on the rings and headbands - very cute! My grandkids would love those kits. NO on the orange glasses. They are definitely a statement piece and if they aren’t the statement you want to make, I think you’ll feel uncomfortable the whole time you have them on. Not that it’s bad to get out of your comfort zone, but sometimes you just have to stick with what’s comfortable unless you’re 13 years old and rebelling against your parents and the civilized world. Thank you for the fun video. You always make me smile and laugh.

Please try the kids air dry foam clay kits. They're not expensive, easy to use and loads of fun...even for nan's like me. Loving all your videos 😊

Initial impression of the orange glasses gave me flashbacks to art school (of the sort of …pretentious/entitled…dudes on the course, sorry!) But, the specs on you quickly grew on me after I adjusted to the trauma. Wouldn’t be an everyday pair…more an alter ego awful, snooty, art student cosplay…perhaps an idea for the channel 😅

I think the glasses are a no Ant, sorry but your eyes look too low in them. I would keep them for watching tv in bed as in it won’t matter if they fall off and it won’t be a problem if you end up laying on them.

I 100% respect your decision to not ever having children, in all honesty they are not for everyone. My friend never wanted them either and I’m going back over 30 years ago and everyone just kept on saying she would change her mind and she should think really hard about it like she just decided on a whim. It was horrible and I supported her completely. She ended up emigrating to Greece and having a fabulous child free life with her husband and they still are today.
