- Presenting every single minute (and an extra 7 minutes and two days before the war) of the most destructive war know to man... The Anglo Zanzibar War. It lasted an unimaginable 38 minutes and had around 500 casualties, far higher than any other war.

breusch barbare02 uhhh for Japan they were on the losing side because they were divided but then won. They won against Tibet. Britain, France, Germany, USA and Russia didn’t have a war with China, rather they took tiny bits of land from it and increased influence in it when it was weak. The British had a naval war were China lost Hong Kong but not much more. Only against Vietnam and Mongolia did they truly lose.
they mostly ran away after the yacht was sunk, other time was needed for brits to take down the flag which, as they thought meant surrender

The minor change is that the whole movie is the war along with the aftermath and events leading up to the war.

I learned about the shortest war in history by accident. I was looking at a world map and saw the tiny island of Zanzibar (I place I had never even heard of before) and thought to myself “I wonder if anything interesting has ever happened there” so I googled “the battle of Zanzibar” just to see what would show up…now here I am.

The British suffered a terrible 1 human casualty, much "more" than the casualty count of the Hundred Years, Both World Wars, The Great Turkish War, The First Sino-Japanese War, The KOrean War, the Mongol COnquest, and the Russian Civil War on either side. Such a greater tragedy my eyes have never beheld.
You forgot the Thirty Years War, Reconquista, Syrian Civil War, Iraq War, Afghanistan War, Crusades, War on Terrorism, War of the Roses, English Civil War, American Civil War, Spanish Civil War, Spanish-American War, Boxer Rebellion, both Boer Wars, Vietnam War, and Six-Day War combined. Truly a horrible war.

An even more devastating war was the Three Hundred and Thirty Five Years' War which was fought from 1651 to 1986 between the Isles of Scilly and Netherlands. Scilly suffered a horrendous casualties of 0 casualties, while the Dutch had 0 casualties, a horrifying number. This war truly shows how destructive wars are

Those 38 minutes must have been so shocking that the devastating loss of 1 person injured had changed the British for decades to come.
Zanzibar had lost a tremendous amount of people. They still however were able to resist for a excrutiating 38 minutes.
