Drove one of these like 15-16 yrs. ago. Peppy engine, great handling (it was like 30k km, this is 260k) especially on the winding roads, never lost grip or pull.

From 1995 to 1999, I used to drive a company Clio1 1.9L diesel to transport protected wild animals in distress to my care center. For me, Clio = smell of putrefaction around 6 months of the year😐 Love that channel coz it turns out to be an authentic Madeleine de Proust, For better and for worse 😐. Even if in this case, the line between the worst and the best is blurred. Lots of great memories of rescues in crazy situations with this car...
Ive got this as a first car for one year now 1.4 16v 98hp i love it 😍 my exhaust pipe is a littlebit "damaged" after the motor and it gives me a very good sounding car 😁
My next car will be i think my father car Renault Megane 2004 sedan 1.6 16V. But i am skeptic about it because its way more sensitive + it had a lot of repair not in engline but other parts. But its more new than my current , seats can be hot if i want and it can unlock car from around 10-20 m so it better than jse key on door or unlock every door from inside
My first car what i have 2 years now is Opek Astra F classic 1999 1.4 66 kw i think. Its old but surprising i have no problem on 110-120 pass some car . But usually drive just 90-100 max .just i need unlock every door alone , it showe coroze but it was really cheap 1st car so i love it :D but ngl i woud love test some more new car
I own a renault clio 2002 mk 2 🤗 he is named ronnie and had him 3 years and cost me an arm and a leg in repairs but i love that car 🤗 and when hes time is up im getting the same model i really love that model and year tbh 🤗 but my goal is to keep ronnie 80 years from now 🤣🤣 as im insane
Man, i love the sound of the engine in this car, is so good. I remember it well because It was my grandpa's car until he bought a Citroen C1 just a few weeks ago. The only thing that i don't like Is the gearbox that moves constantly after changing gear, but i think it's because the car is pretty old. Great video Joe, excited to see the next one.
probably some broken or worn engine mounts as well. very nice Christmas lights on the dashboard too. also, the engine is not supposed to rev up randomly like that on start-up
@@ahm3s agree on worn engine mount, reason for revving up randomly, can be a faulty MAF sensor, had that issue on my car, replaced it and engine works briliant👌👌

Dlatego dla mnie idealnym samochodem jest a4 2020. A6 czy a8 już są mocno przesadzone, tam już wszystko jest dotykowe i z tym muszę się zgodzić. Przeraża mnie ze uzyskali ideał i jeszcze „poprawiaja” coś co jest najlepsze
i have a 2004 ,100hp 1.5dci , no tunning only one hose from the turbo to the intercooler is from stainless steel , i think its from the scenic from the same year.
@@yigitdemir4604 there were 74kW engines from factory with cable actuated gearbox in it but the selling price was that of the medium equiped megane...so only clio nuts bought it...iam the least the 3rd owner :D
@@yigitdemir4604 intercooler, bigger turbocharger with variable vanes and thicker injector+different ecu . not worth the hustle to rebuild and they still go for 4000 euros if someone sells one in good condition....
I tried one the other day and thoght the handling was sluggish... is this to expect of a 20yo power steering? Thought it would more snappy? Any epxeriences with the handling of this car?

My Clio 3 2007 has the same engine, 120k km so far, not a single engine error or fault... drives like a baby :D

Believe me I had R21 Turbo, Safrane bi turbo... Now I run 20 years old Clio sedan with the same engine as yours. It has air condition, so its ok 4 me.
