Thanks for watching, Kevin! It's at the tournament organizer's discretion. Generally, tournament organizers will allow you to roll it in the fairway (length of a club or a scorecard). If there's rough weather (not the case in this tournament), they may allow lift-clean-place. We also play OB as a lateral hazard, including Model Local Rule E-5 which gives you a more favorable drop location for lost balls (this is to keep the pace quick). Are the rules of speed golf more lenient than the rules of normal golf? I noticed you moved your ball before one of your iron shots on hole 15.
