I am really jealous of you. Last year in april 2021 I bought a perfect 2016 Z4 28i m-sport in sapphire-black with red leather, and all the options, but you made your's even more perfect with all your marvellous skills. I wish I would be so handy and ingenious, but I am not, sadly.

Hey, love your vids. Just got an E89 as a temporary fix as I sold my M2 and was surprised to see how good the 437 wheels look on it. What are the max tyre sizes you can get to? I still have a set with the stock 245/265 tyres. Would they fit?

Hi does your car drone because of resonator delete? I have 28i with resonator delete and supersprint back muffler. And i have drone at 1000-2000rpm. Do you have it to? I usualy ride in sport mode because its above 2000rpm so i dont have drone
Mostly because I got it at an auction for cheap and I already had a 550i (4.4 twin turbo V8) and a 335i (3.0 turbo I6) so I had powerful toys to play with. Also, this 4 banger makes around 250hp which is plenty for what this car is and you can use most of the power most of the time. Thanks for watching!
There are a few things to look out for when buying these. Even tho mine is pre-LCI, I would recommend getting the updated version as you will get slightly updated looks and some additional features (like opening roof while driving). If you are going for the 28i, don't get anything older than 2013, those engines are trash before that. Thanks for watching!
I just bought a 2011 sDrive 30i Z4 and was looking up things and saw your channel so I subscribed. Love your videos. What navigation screen did you use? I looked online and I found 1 from car navi and watched the installation video.
ABSOLUTELY. The e89 Z4 is such a wonderfully engaging car to drive, while also being extremely pretty and sexy from the outside and the inside. It really is in a league of its own compared to all the other sports-cars, and I completely agree it still is very undervalued. I suspect the prices will go up soon, because the last one was built already 6 years ago and you do not see a lot of them. And that is a bloody shame, because IMHO the E89 Z4 and the 507 are the sexiest cars ever produced.
I have been driving this car for a month now. Bought it used. I find the vehicle being really rough on the road, like I can feel every little bump on my ass and the sound when going over the pot holes is really loud, don't know if it's my car only like this, but does is it feel the same for you too?
Was the suspension changed at all? If not, it's probably your stock Run Flat Tires. I used those for winter and they are pretty rough. The wheel/tire combo I have in the video is my summer set with summer tires and it's much more comfortable. I still can feel some very rough roads, but definitely not every pot hole.
I have a 28i as well and you are absolutely right about the stiff ride it provides on bad roads. But that is what sportscars are like, unless you have a very modern and sophisticated one that has several settings of which the most comfortable one is the one absorbing all the bumps in the road to perfection.

It had a little bit of drive when I just did the resonator delete, not drone at all once I put the sport muffler one.

Definitely does, but I had a 550i at the time for power. This was more for fun and balanced driving.

Are you talking about the honey-comb looking grills? I looked at those and I'm not sure I like the look on this car.
