Sis can do impressions like no other and Mother Chenowith took her under her wing for most of her life so it doesn't surprise me that she is paying homage to Chenowith's character.

But I also think that if she went her own way and did something completely different than Kristen, people would criticize her anyway for not staying true to the original, so... I guess she doesn't have enough experience as an actress to channel Kristen but still do it in a way that's hers. Maybe she was miscast, we'll see. Im really rooting for her to be a success in this movie, I know how much she wanted this and I do think she's very very talented regardless

This is going to be my first time experiencing Wicked in any form. I've heard the songs before but i never saw the original show so this movie is the closest that i'll have in experiencing the whole Wicked story from start to finish. I really hope it's worth it, Jon M Chu directed In The Heights and Crazy Rich Asians, i'm pulling for this man to succeed in adapting Wicked to the big screen

I understood people being skeptical months ago when we didn’t know much but with everything I’ve seen to date, it confuses me why I still see soooo many negative comments about every little nitpick. Everything I’ve seen looks phenomenal and at this point it seems like it’s just angry people who want to see everyone else be as miserable as them. It’s so annoying when you’re excited beyond belief for something and you read nothing but negativity, it just ruins my mood. I’m glad others are as excited as me! 😁
