Yesterday I sang this song for my deceased mother. I started to really break while singing for her with this song. "Mom, keep my head head above water, don't let me drown drown drown, don't let me drown drown drown"
I love how she changed the lyrics in the last reff from "Don't let me drown" to "Don't let me die". it makes this live way more emotional and personal than the recording.
She sounds amazing live, she sings some parts so uniquely different that you can tell it's live. And it really adds to the song.
