Ryan, I'm continually blown away by the quality of your videos. The visuals are absolutely stunning. The audio mix is great. The music on this video was making my home theater sub hit rock bottom :) Your narration is very insightful and inspiring. Recently I watched a series called "Ride" on Amazon video. It has Norman Reedus. he goes on a different motorcycle journey each episode with a different guest. I think if you did something like this with paramotors it would be epic. Maybe do your first episode with Tucker, then maybe different notable individuals in the paramotor community each episode.
I think I may have found the most underrated channel on RUclips. Yeah it won't be long before you smash 10k subs... Then 100k soon after... Then a million. You heard it here first!
Maybe one day! I confess it's a lot of work for 2K views on some edits and that's a bit discouraging.... I must not be hitting the right markets. It'd be nice if your prediction comes true. Thank you.
OK, ok, ok, land on top of a McDonalds, Dell kite walk down the side to the drive through, order a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Mc Risky Biscuit, and fly off washing it down with a red bull! That's 10K worthy! Seriously, it's tough because you and Greg Anthony appeal to adults who are stunned by the cinematography and the editing. Jeans Weightless brings me tears as I watch it once a month because it's on your level - I wish I had a great answer to get you to 10K, but don't compromise your stunning art to get there.
Just discovered your channel -- without a doubt some of the best paramotoring videos on YT. Seems only a matter of time before your channel blows up, I'm sending it to several friends right now...
I think what draws me to your amazing films are that they are a kin to the old Glen Plake videos and the Fall Line Films. But classed up a few notches. It’s beautiful and so inspirational. The only bad part is the wait for the next one. It was amazing to hear from you tonight. And say you’ve got a bunch of footage in the can. You not only inspire me to have goals of flying these amazing places but also put in the work figure out beautiful ways to record and share my own adventures.
I want to see more of your monument valley adventures! I think everyone who see’s them, loves your videos but there just isn’t enough of them! I look forward to more fresh adventures skilfully shot and edited and narrated by you :)
Love your videos. The images and your music always fit perfectly in a soothing relaxing way. An awesome way to zen out. Keep it up, your subscribers will climb, just keep your fingers on the throttle!!! Fly Safe
How did I just watch a 7 minute video and felt like I just watched and fantastic full length feature film.... how to get to 10k... come on Our Paramotor Nation. I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible. Great job
Nobody can crank out vids like tuck but yours are the most exciting to see the notifications for new stuff. Salton sea is endlessly rewatchable based on soundtrack alone🤙 I have no idea why your not blowing up dude but thanks for doing what you do
This video is amazing ! Usually it’s hard to make a video that really gets close to capturing the way flying on a paramotor “feels” - but when I watch these videos I feel like I’m actually flying over the dunes with you guys ;). Thank you for the GREAT videos 🙌🏽. #inspired
Just watched it again so really just wanted to leave another comment as support! It amazes me that paramotor video's, especially well put together videos like this, do not get the same views as some dude fishing. Bonkers! But these video's are much appreciated by the audience that gets the pleasure of enjoying. Thank you!
You don't have to worry about dry, coarse sand getting everywhere when you have the high ground. Great stuff, I can't wait to binge the rest of your videos!
Thanks Mark. Very few will understand what you just said 😜 but I appreciate someone picking up on it. I usually have at least one Star Wars reference in every video. See if you can find them.
I just stumbled upon this channel today. I'll like, subscribe, and share with my buddies. Great videos! I'm a helicopter guy looking to get into ppg soon
A masterpiece! At 6:20 the light and shadows and movement make my heart sing. You have to transcend paramotors to breakout, but I have no idea how to do that organically.
I know for a fact that the RUclips algorithm prefers long format content, check the big youtube channels, 99% of their videos are at least 10 minutes which seems to be the sweet spot. That might just be your missing ingredient to get to 10k and beyond! Love the content BTW
Stellar video as always! Commenting to realign the inter web algorithms to help get you to 10k!! Looks like I am going to have to head south once the border opens for camping adventures. Weird how our last couple of videos have been dropped on the same day🤔
"It gives me that funny feeling inside and makes me want more of it". Opening up and examining your deepest desires will definitely get you more subscribers.
Epic video as always. Would love to know more about what set-up you use to shoot some of the aerial footage. No idea how to push the subscribers, but you deserve way more.
I missed the subscription dance this time. (sad face-just kidding) ;-) Your videos are juicy morsels of awesomeness, and I don't understand why you don't have 250K or more subscribers out of production quality alone... But I definitely think the subscription dance has got to help. More ideas (you asked for it-so, here's my brainstorm): Mission-oriented shenanigans... maybe find strange and cool things (or actions) to shoot on location-scavenger hunt style, or fancy feats of skill and creativity. Educational hour... include some interesting info (if there is any) about the areas you explore, or tips on how to be awesome paramotor guy or awesome photographer-nobody can beat your videography/photography-your vids are liquid goooold. Feminine infusion... does wife fly? any lovely female flying friends? Honestly, I think Alayna and Jaclyn adventures salt and pepper Mark and Tucker's videos with some refreshing feminine energy-and I think that could help with some subscriptions. Eagles... more eagles.
Hi Ryan, i really love your style of making videos. When you what them you understand that you can do this for a living😉 Wish you all the best and continue making such great videos Always happy landings Bene - ParamotorGermany 🪂🇩🇪
Would love to see a series talking about your journey - behind the scenes a bit mixed with you doing some regular flights. NatGeo level is not required.
Some if my friends who have large youtube channels and do motorcycle giveaways say its about how often you upload, thumbnails and the length like atleast 10 min or so. I personally have decided to upload more often here in the near future, but realizing how much time it takes to edit and come up with content. Firework shows don't come about that often and I haven't vlogged on my motorcycle yet. I will document my paramotor journey hopefully after my second round of training I get my motor this year. My buddies all love your vids.
If only I could retire and just make Paramotor videos and live off RUclips income. Ha. It'll never happen but at least when I'm 85 and finally hang up my wings I'll have quite the playbook to show off to my great grandkids. :)
1694 views? This is not okay with me....IMO you make the best paramotor related content I’ve seen on YT. Looking forward to the next vid that should be dropping soon.
Hi Ryan. Love the videos and the way they are put together. Nice work. I’m travelling to your area next July from New Zealand and was keen to fly the sand dunes as something different. Are you able to share the gps location of where you launched from? Rexburg is definitely on the list of places to visit. Thanks.
If you want sand dunes, Glamis in California is the absolute best. But our summer is way too hot there. Find me on Instagram and I can share more details
Lots of people dream of an iceland adventure trip but its tough, you should look at create some dunes adventure trips a couple times a year and bring in pilots to make it an adventure. Film fly, fly it, share it and bring in some of the big names, it'd grow fast then man. People want more of these adventures and iceland just isn't an option for many.
Generally no, however with a Scout you can take few precautions. The Safe Start feature is amazing and I test it frequently. It gives me so much peace of mine when out in the woods when starting up without my rack. I always check throttle for sticking, turn on the Safe Start and have my finger on the kill trigger. In this one, I just have to assume that Brad knows his motor well and took the most safety precautions he could under the circumstances. But yes, safety shouldn't be gambled with. I'll try and push for a better example in future episodes. Thanks for the comment.
I prefer QUALITY over quantity. From where I'm sitting you are hitting it out of the park! Not sure how to improve on that? Keep up the GREAT videos! Hopefully, people will wake up!
I have heard that if you use Facebook, Instagram, and youtube all together as advertising is how you can get more results. Not sure but good luck-/ awesome videos!!
No clue on how to get more subscribers cause I'm sitting at 45 hahaha. But hey here's a comment 👌 Probably just share it on all kinds of social media platforms
1: Make a collaboration with some of your famous paramotoring friends? 2: Fly low over some public event in USA and get to the news (you need some sort of flag with your YT name for public awareness tho) 3: Keep on doing what you do, my friend started to fly because of your masterpiece , Skies untouched, he saw it, stood up from the sofa and said "that's what i want do do!" less then a year later we have 15 flights together. Thanks
If wind is over 6mph you'll start to feel it. One day it switched and got us at almost 30mph so that was scary, but most of the time is smooth on a low wind morning.
Again great stuff Ryan! I would suggest more clickbait titles which work well in search results and as is happening now, regular new vids, RUclips is rough on sparse posters... sadly it doesn’t look at quality, since you’d be having millions of followers if that would be the criteria. Keep it up, love your content 👌🏻
Totally true. It's a struggle of mine though that clickbait is the name of the game. I feel like it's selling your should to the devil. Cause in reality I'd rather have good content and care about the art more than subscribers. It's just a lot of work for the ratio of viewers at the moment.
Ryan Southwell, I know your pain. I suck at video and stay put at pictures just because video is so time consuming to do well. At least know you inspire me to do some fly camping... 💪🏻
always great content, thanks for that. hope this comment helps get your subscribers up....I also sent a link to a friend. Maybe you can do a bloopers video. your almost fall was amusing.
Ryan, I'm continually blown away by the quality of your videos. The visuals are absolutely stunning. The audio mix is great. LOVE the idea. Ok, I'm taking note. And I'm going to watch Ride now too. Thanks.
Oh, and glad you like the music. Did it all myself. :) Always has to have the base hit.
Now if you can get Jaclyn to join the fly camping expedition, too...that's money.
Thank you.
Just keep on good content, and it will blow much higher than 10k :) Again, great adventure!!!
Your vids are the ones i look forward to the most!Best made, cleanest shots and fun story lines!
Thanks, hope to keep doing them.
Just loving every one of your videos, so well made and full of your character!
Thanks

Just discovered your channel -- without a doubt some of the best paramotoring videos on YT. Seems only a matter of time before your channel blows up, I'm sending it to several friends right now...
You still make the most awesome, visually attractive, and audio prefect - fly videos! Love when a Ryan Southwell video pops up in my notification bar.
Your videos are a hidden gem!
Thanks!!
I think what draws me to your amazing films are that they are a kin to the old Glen Plake videos and the Fall Line Films. But classed up a few notches. It’s beautiful and so inspirational. Another amazingvideo.
So high quality.
👏👏
YES...A new Ryan Southwell video! Love your content, keep up the high quality and the subscribers will come.
I want to see more of your monument valley adventures!
I think everyone who see’s them, loves your videos but there just isn’t enough of them!
I look forward to more fresh adventures skilfully shot and edited and narrated by you :)
Sick! Love your videos.
Love your videos. The images and your music always fit perfectly in a soothing relaxing way. An awesome way to zen out. Keep it up, your subscribers will climb, just keep your fingers on the throttle!!! Fly Safe

this has a national geographic feel and I love it!
Heckin' sweet buddy. Beautiful scenery, spectacular footage as always! Keep it up, Ryan.
Excellent video. Gonna add this sand to my bucket list.
Awesome, once again you put out one of the best Para videos.
Awesome stuff! I'm reading "The Powered Paragliding Bible" while saving up for flight training... Keep the inspiration coming!
Keep making awesome videos. Your work is fantastic!
Salton sea is endlessly rewatchable based on soundtrack alone🤙 I have no idea why your not blowing up dude but thanks for doing what you do
Wow, thanks!
what a show and congratulations for your sensitivity and your stories
Love you videos, keep on rocking. And come back to Iceland and fly!
I dream about flying Iceland every single day. I need to find a way to make it happen again.
This video is amazing ! Usually it’s hard to make a video that really gets close to capturing the way flying on a paramotor “feels” - but when I watch these videos I feel like I’m actually flying over the dunes with you guys ;). Thank you for the GREAT videos 🙌🏽. #inspired
Love the night photography.
Absolutely love your videos Ryan
Thank you. They take time to make. So I appreciate the comment.
Your videos are the best.
Looks like a fun place to fly! Nicely done with the editing. That almost enough for a reverse launch wind...so annoying.
Just watched it again so really just wanted to leave another comment as support! It amazes me that paramotor video's, especially well put together videos like this, do not get the same views as some dude fishing. Bonkers! But these video's are much appreciated by the audience that gets the pleasure of enjoying. Thank you!
Another high quality video .It blows me away you don’t get more views .
Working on it. :) Just go watch one a day for a few weeks , HAHA!
You create masterpiece just with gopro . Damn cool. Lovely bro.
Great videos man! 🤙🤙🤙 I'm training next week with Team Fly Halo. So excited! Keep up the good work.
Awesome! Best dudes around. You based in Hawaii?
Excellent as always, Ryan! Hope I get to fly with you one day.
Thanks Ryan, your videos are amazing!
Glad you like them!
Great Video! Well produced Ryan.
Thank you for making such great quality content for a sport we love so much!
The dunes are smooth and poetic visually.
Pro-tip. Do stupid give-aways to subscribers. Stickers, a GoPro whatever. It works. And you should. Your content is amazing!
Truly a hero. Stay Epic
I can't believe you're not at 100k yet. Your production quality is insane, you'll get there. Just keep uploading.
Thanks!!! I’ll press on.
Fantastic!!
Hey I'm glad I found your channel. I predict this channel will blow up in 2021. 1,000,000 subs no problem!
Epic on so many levels! The flying, the landscape, the production quality! Amazing work!!
Having gone to school there too, this hit hard. So good
Thanks! Rexburg gave me tons of memories.... and my wife :)
I just stumbled upon this channel today. I'll like, subscribe, and share with my buddies. Great videos! I'm a helicopter guy looking to get into ppg soon
Thanks Kojack!
Man, I haven't seen any of your videos before. I already liked and subbed before the intro was over. Didn't take long to know I'd enjoy it
These videos are amazing! Keep it up!
Thanks, will do!
A masterpiece! At 6:20 the light and shadows and movement make my heart sing. You have to transcend paramotors to breakout, but I have no idea how to do that organically.
Definitely one my my favorite shots. THANKS!
Yo man. I suck at RUclips but just wanted to give you some action and thank you for another stellar adventure. 🤘🏽
I know for a fact that the RUclips algorithm prefers long format content, check the big youtube channels, 99% of their videos are at least 10 minutes which seems to be the sweet spot. That might just be your missing ingredient to get to 10k and beyond! Love the content BTW
Just helping out. But Awesome video!
Love the video. Always wanted to paracamp.
Another awesome fly camping. Maybe it's time for a detailed how to fly camp. Gear, weather, fuel, safety, packing, locations
Awesome visuals Ryan. I'm going to share your channel with my local flying groups.
Please do!
Stellar video as always! Commenting to realign the inter web algorithms to help get you to 10k!! Looks like I am going to have to head south once the border opens for camping adventures. Weird how our last couple of videos have been dropped on the same day🤔
Fate is involved for sure.... what will the future hold now...?
"It gives me that funny feeling inside and makes me want more of it".
Opening up and examining your deepest desires will definitely get you more subscribers.
Easily done :) I probably talk too much as it is though.
Epic video as always. Would love to know more about what set-up you use to shoot some of the aerial footage. No idea how to push the subscribers, but you deserve way more.

"Eagles... more eagles." I'm thinking more Deane with eagles.
Always want to give more than just 1 like on your videos. Loved it! "...a night out at the million star hotel" :)
Thanks David
Awesome vids bud!
great vid!
This is spectacular, how do you not have more subs?? +1 here! Thanks for sharing
Great video!
Keep telling a story and they have to come. I wish I had the answer to the question but obviously I do not. I sure do enjoy your videos though!
If I were trying to blow up the subscriber count, I definitely would have highlighted Brad’s huge sunglasses. It’s a thing.
This man knows what he’s talking about
😎

Keep making videos. They're great
That's the plan!

Mike, you are totally right. Very good ideas.
Fly to McDonalds. lol Seriously though...much talent here for cinematography. Keep it up.
Awesome stuff, great storytelling!
How the hell do you get such good looking footage from a gopro??
Good question! Haha, but not all of it is a GoPro. But the shots that are, I'm quite satisfied with. Great little cam.
Thanks for the great video i really enjoyed it. I am hoping to do fly camping myself soon 🪂. Q Do you think its a good idea to ground start a motor?
Generally no, however with a Scout you can take few precautions. The Safe Start feature is amazing and I test it frequently. You should publish more -if you have the time ! Make a video with Tucker Gott, thag'd definitely be interesting.
Keep posting top quality content, more and more will see it and link it. before you know you´ll hit them 10k subscribers ;)
I prefer QUALITY over quantity. From where I'm sitting you are hitting it out of the park! Not sure how to improve on that? Keep up the GREAT videos! Hopefully, people will wake up!

Much appreciated!
No clue on how to get more subscribers cause I'm sitting at 45 hahaha.
But hey here's a comment 👌
Probably just share it on all kinds of social media platforms
Upload the unused footage of you riding with some contemplative background music. I love your content: @ 0:59 is relatable.
For the subscriptions, I thinks we should all share your RUclips channel on different social media sites and tell our friends about you
1: Make a collaboration with some of your famous paramotoring friends?
2: Fly low over some public event in USA and get to the news (you need some sort of flag with your YT name for public awareness tho)
3: Keep on doing what you do, my friend started to fly because of your masterpiece , Skies untouched, he saw it, stood up from the sofa and said "that's what i want do do!" less then a year later we have 15 flights together. Thanks
That's fantastic! I love to hear these stories.
Whats the trick on flying the dunes. Im scared of getting rotor.lol
If wind is over 6mph you'll start to feel it. One day it switched and got us at almost 30mph so that was scary, but most of the time is smooth on a low wind morning.
I'd like to Fly Camp. I don't know if my Top 80 would appreciate the extra weight though.
Go light. Minimal gear and maybe a half a tank of fuel.
@@ryansouthwell It sounds amazing. I need to tune my skills up first, though.
More Brad Scott!
You can say that again.
Show more Brad Scott! Awesome pilot!
Great stuff as always. I haven’t cracked 100 subs, so I have no sage advice other than “on a rack, or on your back” @5:38
Good tip!
