Nothing is louder than Ronnie.
ronnie coleman a bodybuilder that lift like a powerlifter
Striker213 he was a powerlifter first.
Striker213 we have similar name lol
striker 123 hahaha wow! :)
Striker213 he was powerlifter before he started bodybuilding
All the best bodybuilders start out as powerlifters. Arnold, Ronnie, the list goes on.
I miss the early 2000s man.. huge a$& TV’s, flip screens & big speakers, big Rims on your car. Society was different. It’s great to have these old videos of your lifts Ronnie! 👏👏👏
You know you've made it when the owner of the gym himself is your spotter. lol
Actually the gym owner knows he hit the jackpot when he is spotting you...and your membership is free.
"this is 800lbs.....800 solid ass lbs"

***** Yeah Buddy!
My bad BigRon!
"My only regret is that I only did 2 reps because I had 3 in me"
Big Ronnie
steroidsR4losers ur a loser
feels more solid when you get too 800lbs haha
steroidsR4losers I see your argument here about staying natty. But for guys like Ronnie and such, roids allowed their max potential to be reached thus allowing them to be renowned around the world. Of course the drugs are illegal and unfair in some cases, but at this level everyone is using them.
Ronnie, exactly how much weight can you lift?
Ronnie: All of it.
Im teaching a unit on exercise to my young students and my son suggested I check your videos out. So glad I did! thank you!

Ronnie is an absolute beast in this video. On top of that, he seems like a really nice guy and devoted father. I recently saw the documentary on his life, Ronnie Coleman: The King. It was a really good documentary. It was sad to see him struggling so much with his surgeries and chronic pain, but this man doesn't know how to quit. Stay strong, Ronnie.
INTJ I met Ronnie around 5 times. Awesome guy. Super nice and funny as shit.
Larry can row 240 kg as larry is a powerlifter, but Ronnie rowing 240kg as a diet maintaining bodybuilder. Seriously man....Inhuman strength.
9:25 wow nice leg.. SHIT THAT'S HIS ARM
I thought it was his head😂
It was his finger. Then he got some MENT from www.us-domesticsupply.ws
😂😂
I thought it was his butt
Imagine using a calculator to know the weight u r lifting 😂
I do that but that’s only because I add a lot of 2.5lbs and micro plates on progressive overload lifts 😂 unfortunately not 800lbs

Planet shitness. Home of losers
@Gerrylynn Mako But he didn't include his name in the same sentence as planet fitness... You however, did.
These lifts are all impressive, but 495 lbs on the bent over row is just insane!!!
Im watching Ronnie Coleman´s videos every day as a pre-Workout - I would say it defintly works
