Slow down mate before you get a speeding ticket!
Making the common mistake of letting the weight drop on the lowering, or negative phase of the repetition, we are about 40% stronger lowering than lifting, so slow down on the negative and control the weight all the way through the lowering as well as the lifting or positive
This also helps develop a better mind - muscle connection... Not just moving a weight from A to B
